You might run into the following problems when using NAT Gateway. Find out causes and possible solutions.

NAT Gateway cannot be deleted

NAT Gateway is not deleted.

Cause

Deleting NAT Gateway can only be done by deleting all the Peer IP registration information within the corresponding NAT Gateway. Deleting NAT Gateway with any peer IP may be an invalid request. To avoid this, you can only delete NAT Gateway without peer IPs.

Solution

Delete all previously registered Peer IPs and try again.

NAT Gateway location on VPC platform

When you switch from Classic to VPC platform, NAT Gateway service disappears.

Cause

NAT Gateway location differs from that of Classic and VPC platforms.

Solution

For the VPC platform, in the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Networking > VPC. The NAT Gateway menu is under VPC.
