Troubleshooting error messages
The following are examples of system messages you might encounter:
Unknown error
The system message displays COMMON_ERROR.
Storage space shortage
The system message displays DISK_SPACE_SHORTAGE.
Duplicate user ID
The system message displays DUPLICATE_USERID.
Exceeding the maximum character limit for user ID
The system message displays LIMIT_ERROR_MID_LENGTH.
Missing file
The system message displays NOT_EXIST_FILE.
Insufficient data
The system message displays NUM_OF_LABEL_INSUFFICIENT.
File download failure
The system message displays OBS_DOWNLOAD_FAILED.
File upload failure
The system message displays OBS_UPLOAD_FAILED.
Object Storage access error
The system message displays OBS_USER_FILE_ACCESS_ERROR.
File processing error
The system message displays UNEXPECTED_FILE_TYPE.
Correct answer dataset label error
The system message displays UNEXPECTED_LABEL.
File format error
The system message displays UNEXPECTED_TXT_FORMAT.
