Manage subscriptions

Available in VPC

Once you've reviewed the RAG service prerequisites and quickstart, you are ready to you're ready to start using the service. TYour first step is subscribing to RAG service.

Note

The RAG service is provided as a closed beta test (CBT) and is available free of charge without limitations during the CBT period. After the CBT period ends, usage will be charged according to the pricing policy. SLA for the service during the CBT period is not guaranteed.

Subscribe to the service

To subscribe to the RAG service:

Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
Select the region and VPC platform you are using, and click [Apply].
Click in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
Navigate to Services > AI Services > RAG.
Click the Subscription menu.
Click [Subscribe].
When the Terms of Service popup opens during service subscription, read and agree to the terms, then click [Subscribe to product].
The subscription request is completed.

Note

When logging in with a sub account, service application may be restricted according to the Sub Account’s usage policy. See RAG permissions management.

Unsubscribe from the service

To unsubscribe from the RAG service:

Note

You cannot unsubscribe from the RAG service while any services are still in use. Delete all services before proceeding with the unsubscription.

Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
Select the region and VPC platform you are using, and click [Apply].
Click in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
Navigate to Services > AI Services > RAG.
Click the Subscription menu.
Click [Subscribed], then select Unsubscribe.
In the unsubscription popup, review the details and click [Unsubscribe] to confirm.
Your RAG subscription is now cancelled.

Caution

Unsubscribing from RAG permanently deletes all your service data. This action cannot be undone.
