You can send BrandMessage and view the BrandMessage delivery history.
To use the features provided in Biz Message > BrandMessage Message, you need to have a project set to use the Biz Message.
To create a project, see Create a project. To edit the settings of a created project, see Edit a project.
Send BrandMessage message
You can send BrandMessage only through the OPEN API.

View BrandMessage delivery history
To view BrandMessage delivery history:
Message delivery history is saved for up to 30 days. If you need to save the data for a longer period, you have to back it up separately.
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service.
- Navigate to Biz Message > BrandMessage Message.
- Select the project and KakaoTalk Channel for which you want to view the delivery history.
- The BrandMessage delivery history of the messages sent through the selected project and the KakaoTalk Channel is displayed.
- If needed, you can set the period or filter the delivery history for viewing the history.
- Request status: Status on delivery requests to the message delivery server.
- Success: Request succeeded.
- Failure: Request failed.
- Delivery status: Status on delivery processing in the message delivery server.
- Success: Delivery succeeded.
- Processing: Delivery in progress.
- Failure: Delivery failed.
- Request ID: ID used to view individual results through the OPEN API. 1 ID is issued per recipient.
- Click [View full result] to check the results data on the requests for delivery in JSON format.

Export message history
You can export BrandMessage history to Object Storage.
- Export is only available to Object Storage in the Korea Region, and additional charges apply.
- Export is only available when the number of requests is within 100,000.
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service.
- Navigate to Biz Message > BrandMessage Message.
- Select the project to export message history from and click [Request export].
- The export request popup appears.
- Enter the export information and click [Request file creation].
- You can select JSON or CSV as the data transmission format.
- Enter a file name.
- Select a target bucket.
- If no bucket exists, the [Create bucket] button appears. Click it to create a bucket (see Create a bucket).
- You can check the export request results in [Export list].
Set BrandMessage usage limits
To set BrandMessage usage limits:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service.
- Navigate to Biz Message > BrandMessage Message.
- Select the project to set usage limits for and click [Set usage limits].
- Set the usage limits and click [Save].
- If you need to send more messages than your monthly allocation, contact Customer Support.
KakaoTalk Biz Message is billed per message, with different pricing for users who have consented to receive advertising (M and N groups) and channel friends (I and F groups).
