Available in VPC

Organization is the upper-level concept of a SourceBand project and the unit of usage fee. You can create, edit, or delete organizations and move to the Project page to register and manage issues from the Organization page.

Organization page

The following is a description of each item on SourceBand page.

① Menu name Display the name of the menu you're viewing and the number of organizations you've created

    ⑦ Access history Click to display recent access history of users who accessed organization resources

    Register organization

    To register a new organization in SourceBand on NAVER Cloud Platform follow these steps:

    1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand.
    2. Click the [Register organization] button.
    3. When the register organization page appears, register your organization by entering its information.
      In the organization registration step, you can enter the name and description of organization and select the pricing plan you want to use.
      • Organization name: enter a name between 1 and 100 characters using letters, numbers, and special characters (-, _). (The first character must be an English letter.)
      • Organizations description: enter up to 500 characters
      • Pricing plan: select Free or Basic plan

    Edit organization

    You can edit the organization description of SourceBand. To edit the organization description follow these steps:

    1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand.
    2. In the group list, click ⋮ to the right of the group to be edited.
    3. Click the [Edit] button.
    4. Edit the information, and then click the [Edit] button.

    Delete organization

    To delete a SourceBand organization follow these steps:

    Caution

    If you delete an organization, all projects under that organization are also deleted and cannot be recovered.

    1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand.
    2. In the group list, click ⋮ to the right of the group to be deleted.
    3. Click the [Delete] button.
    4. From the delete organization popup window, enter the name of the organization to be deleted and click the [Delete] button.

    Change pricing plan

    To change the pricing plan of SourceBand organization follow these steps:

    Note

    You can only change your pricing plan from Free to Basic.

    1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand.
    2. From the organization list, click the organization to change its pricing plan.
    3. Click the [Change pricing plan] button.
    4. In the notification popup window, enter the name of the organization whose pricing plan you want to change and then click the [Change] button.
