Organization

Available in VPC

Organization is the upper-level concept of a SourceBand project and the unit of usage fee. You can create, edit, or delete organizations and move to the Project page to register and manage issues from the Organization page.

Organization page

The following is a description of each item on the SourceBand page.

① Menu name	Display the name of the menu you're viewing and the number of organizations you've created
② Basic features	Features displayed when you enter the SourceBand menu [Register organizations]: click to register an organization Features and pricing]: click to move to the SourceBand introduction page [Refresh]: click to refresh the SourceBand page
③ Organization list	Click the Display the list of created organizations to edit a description of organization or delete an organization
④ Organization information	Display name and description of organization, creator, creation date and time, and pricing plan information
⑤ Management board	Click to move to the organization's project management board page
⑥ Change pricing plan	Click to move to the change pricing plan pop-up window
⑦ Access history	Click to display recent access history of users who accessed organization resources
⑧ Project management	Add a project edit or delete the product you selected Edit or delete the product you selected

⑩ Project list	View a list of projects you've created and information about them

Register organization

The following describes how register a new organization in SourceBand on NAVER Cloud Platform.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand menus, in that order.
3. Click the [Register organization] button.
4. When the register organization page appears, register your organization by entering its information.
   In the organization registration step, you can enter the name and description of organization and select the pricing plan you want to use.
   • Organization name: enter a name between 1 and 50 characters using letters, numbers, and special characters (-, _). (The first character must be an English letter.)
   • Organization description: enter up to 500 characters.
   • Pricing plan: select Free or Basic plan

Edit organization

You can edit the organization description of SourceBand. The following describes how to edit the organization description.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand menus, in that order.
3. In the group list, click ⋮ to the right of the group to be edited.
4. Click the [Edit] button.
5. Edit the information, and then click the [Edit] button.

Delete organization

The following describes how to delete a SourceBand organization.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand menus, in that order.
3. In the group list, click ⋮ to the right of the group to be deleted.
4. Click the [Delete] button.
5. From the delete organization pop-up window, enter the name of the organization to be deleted and click the [Delete] button.

Change pricing plan

The following describes how to change the pricing plan of SourceBand organization.

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. Click the Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand menus, in that order.
3. From the organization list, click the organization to change its pricing plan.
4. Click the [Change pricing plan] button.
5. In the notification pop-up window, enter the name of the organization whose pricing plan you want to change and then click the [Change] button.
