Project

Available in VPC

Project is a place to register, manage, and share issues that arise across team projects and overall tasks with your team members. After you create organizations in SourceBand, you can create projects in each organization. You can manage your tasks and schedules by registering and managing issues in the Project interface.

Project list interface

You can view the project information from the list of projects under the organization. To view the information:

1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to > Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand.
2. From the organization list, click the organization you want to view.
3. When the organization information and the page of project you　are participating in appears, check the list of projects under the organization.
4. Check each row in the list for details about the project.

• Project number: Number of the project.
• Project ID: ID of the project.
• Project name: Name of the project.
• Project description: Description of the project. You can edit it by clicking [Edit].
• Creator: Account credentials of the project creator.
• Creation date: Date the project was created.
• Date of last activity: Date of last activity in the project.

Create project

To create a new project in SourceBand on NAVER Cloud Platform:

1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to > Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand.
2. From the organization list, click the organization you want to view.
3. When the organization information and the page of project you are participating in appears, click [Add].
4. When the project creation interface appears, enter the project information.
   In the Create project step, enter the name and description of project.
   • Project name: Enter 1 to 50 characters using letters, numbers, hyphens, and/or underscores. Strings cannot begin with a hyphen.
   • Project description: Enter up to 300 characters.
5. Enter the project name and description, then click [Create] to create the project.

Edit project

You can edit the project description of SourceBand. To edit the project description:

1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to > Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand.
2. From the organization list, click the organization you want to view.
3. When the organization information and the page of project you are participating in appears, click the project to edit.
4. Click [Edit].
5. Edit the information and click [Edit].

Delete project

To delete a SourceBand project:

1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to > Services > Developer Tools > SourceBand.
2. From the organization list, click the organization you want to view.
3. When the organization information and the page of project you are participating in appears, click the project to delete.
4. Click [Delete].
5. In the project deletion popup, enter the name of the project to delete and click [Delete].
