Cancel subscription
You can request subscriptions for System Security Checker on the NAVER Cloud Platform. On the console,
You cannot check the previous inspection results upon cancellation. System Security Checker only charges for the new inspection cases. To maintain the previous inspection data, we recommend you to keep using the service.
The following describes how to cancel subscription for System Security Checker.
- Click the Services > Security > System Security Checker menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console one by one in order.
- Click [Product in Use] > Cancel product subscription in the order.
- When the pop-up window appears, check the cautions and click [OK].
- Upon a service cancellation, the related information is sent to the registered user email address before.
- 30 days after requesting for cancellation, we delete the inspection result data. After deleting them, the notification is sent to the user email address.(The data is temporarily stored for 30 days to process the charges after the cancellation request, etc.)
