Troubleshoot common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

Segment duration change for channels
You cannot change the segment duration of a channel that has already been created.

Troubleshoot media conversion issues

The following are examples of media conversion errors you might encounter:

Error message: "UPLOAD_ERROR"
While converting media files, I received the error message "UPLOAD_ERROR" in the Status menu.

Error message: "DOWNLOAD_ERROR"
While converting media files, I received the error message "DOWNLOAD_ERROR" in the Status menu.

Error message: "FILE_NOT_FOUND"
While converting media files, I received the error message "FILE_NOT_FOUND" in the Status menu.

Error message: "FILE_ALREADY_EXISTS"
While converting media files, I received the error message "FILE_ALREADY_EXISTS" in the Status menu.

Error message: "WRONG_INPUT_FILE"
While converting media files, I received the error message "WRONG_INPUT_FILE" in the Status menu.

Error message: "TRANSCODING_ERROR"
While converting media files, I received the error message "TRANSCODING_ERROR" in the Status menu.

Automatic encoding error
The same MP4 file was encoded manually and automatically, but only the manual encoding was successful.

Troubleshoot streaming issues

The following are examples of streaming errors you might encounter:

URL creation call failure during VOD streaming
I received the error message: "URL creation call failed."

Video playback error
The video does not play or gets stuck in the middle.
Stuttering occurs during playback.
