Player Statistics explains the screen composition of the Play Statistics menu and how to view statistics for the LIVE/VOD services.

Player Statistics screen

The Player Statistics screen is laid out as follows:

Field Description
① Menu name Name of the current menu option
② Tab Statistics status inquiry by service tab
  • [LIVE] tab: player calls about LIVE service and viewer environment status are available
  • [VOD] tab: player calls about VOD service and viewer environment statistics status are available
③ Filter Set a filter based on statistics status to inquire
④ Download Excel Download statistics data inquired by clicking in Excel file
⑤ Statistics status Provide Statistics status with card view, graph, and table format
  • detailed data values are available by hovering the cursor over the graph

Statistics status Inquiry

The following describes how to view statistics status inquiry by service:

  1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click the Player Statistics menu.
  3. Click the service tab to inquire about the statistics status.
  4. Set the appropriate filter for the statistics status to inquire.
    • The statistics status for the filter that you set is provided in card view, graph, and table format.
