Troubleshooting common issues
The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:
"The license is invalid." error message
"The license is invalid." error message is displayed when playing a video, and the video does not play.
Errors E0005 is displayed.
License error when registering domain
When registering a site domain in the form of *.a.com, a player license error occurs.
Missing video control bar
The control bar does not appear on videos when viewed on mobile devices.
Missing fullscreen button
The [Fullscreen] button is missing on mobile videos.
iOS web browser error
The token function does not work in iOS web browsers.
If you click the [Fullscreen] button in an iOS web browser, an error message is displayed: "TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'this.video_player.textTracks[t].mode="showing"')."

Video stuttering and playback error
The video stutters or stops during player preview.
The video stutters.
Errors E0004 is displayed.
