On Dashboard, you can view API call counts, success rates, average response times, and other metrics for the past 6 months by API key or Product (Stage).
Dashboard interface
The following provides a basic overview of the Dashboard menu for using API Gateway:

API key based monitoring
You can view API call counts, success rates, average response times, and other metrics for the past 6 months by API key, and download the data in Excel (.xlsx) or image (.png) format.
To view API performance metrics by API Key:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Application Services > API Gateway. - Click the Dashboard menu.
- Click [API Key].
- Select the search conditions from the drop-down menus or enter them manually.
- View period: Directly enter the period to view, or select Last 1 week or Last 1 month.
- API Key: Select the API Key to view.
- Product: Select the Product linked to the API Key to view.
- API: Select the API to view from the Products linked to the API Key.
- Region: Select the Region to view.
- Review the results on the dashboard.
- When you hover the mouse cursor over a specific point on the graph chart, a tooltip (layer) appears, allowing you to view the exact metric values for that point in time.
- Click a metric item in the legend to show or hide the corresponding metric.

to download the graph chart as an image file (.png). - Click
to download the search result data as an Excel file (.xlsx).
Product-based monitoring
You can view API call counts, success rates, average response times, and other metrics for the past 6 months by Product (Stage), and download the data in Excel (.xlsx) or image (.png) format.
To view API performance metrics by Product:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to > Services > Application Services > API Gateway.
- Click the Dashboard menu.
- Click [Product].
- Select the search conditions from the drop-down menus or enter them manually.
- View period: Directly enter the period to view, or select Last 1 week or Last 1 month.
- Product: Select the Product to view.
- API: Select the API to view from the selected Product.
- Region: Select the Region to view.
- Review the results on the dashboard.

View events
You can view event history that occurred over the past 6 months.
To view event details:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to > Services > Application Services > API Gateway.
- Click the Dashboard menu.
- Click [Event].
- Review the event list.
- Select search conditions from the drop-down menus or enter them manually, and configure filters as needed.
- View period: Directly enter the period to view, or select Last 1 week or Last 1 month.
- Filter: Filter events by event level (Level) and type (Type).
- Time: The date and time when the event occurred.
- Level: The level of the event.
- Type: The type of the event.
- Message: A description of the event.
- Select search conditions from the drop-down menus or enter them manually, and configure filters as needed.
