    The basics of using Dashboard menu for API Gateway are as follows.

    Monitoring per API key

    The number of API calls, success rate, and average response time of each API key of the last 6 months can be viewed, and the data can be downloaded in Excel (.xlsx) or image (.png) format.

    The following describes how to view API performance index per API key.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > API Gateway menus, in that order.
    2. Click the Dashboard menu.
    3. Click the [API Key] tab.
    4. Select the view condition from the dropdown menu or enter directly.
      • View Period: Select from and directly enter period to view, last 1 week, and last 1 month.
      • API Key: Select the API key to view.
      • Product: Select the product connected to the API key to view.
      • API: Select the API to view from the products connected to an API key.
      • Region: Select the region to view.
    5. Check the results from the dashboard.

      • Move the mouse cursor to a specific point on the graph chart, and a text balloon (layer) will pop up, providing precise index values of the specific point.
      • Click an index item in the category to display or hide it.
      • Click i-apigateway-download to download the graph chart as an image file (.png).
      • Click i-apigateway-download-excel to download the view result data as an Excel file (.xlsx).

    Monitoring per product

    The number of API calls, success rate, and average response time of each product (stage) of the last 6 months can be viewed, and the data can be downloaded in Excel (.xlsx) or image (.png) format.

    The following describes how to view API performance index per product.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > API Gateway menus, in that order.
    2. Click the Dashboard menu.
    3. Click the [Product] tab.
    4. Select the view condition from the dropdown menu or enter directly.
      • View Period: Select from and directly enter period to view, last 1 week, and last 1 month.
      • Product: Select the product to view.
      • API: Select the API to view from products.
      • Region: Select the region to view.
    5. Check the results from the dashboard.

    View event

    The events that occurred in the last 6 months can be viewed.

    The following describes how to view events.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > API Gateway menus, in that order.
    2. Click the Dashboard menu.
    3. Click the [Event] tab.
    4. Check the event list.

      • Select the view condition from the dropdown menu or enter directly, and set filters if necessary.
        • View Period: Select from and directly enter period to view, last 1 week, and last 1 month.
        • Filter: Filter events with level and type conditions.
      • Time: date and time when an event occurred
      • Level: level of the event that occurred
      • Type: type of the event that occurred
      • Message: description of the event that occurred
