Elevator

Register elevators to monitor and manage their real-time status.

Elevator tab interface

The Elevator tab in the Facility management menu includes the following components:

Before adding an elevator, you must create an elevator group. For details, see Elevator group settings.

Component Description
① Basic features Elevator tab features.
② Elevator search Search and filter elevators by name.
③ Elevator list All registered elevators.
  • ID: Elevator identifier.
  • Building: Building where the elevator operates.
  • Name: Elevator name.
  • Manufacturer: Elevator manufacturer.
  • Floors: Elevator types and floors accessible by the elevator.
  • Status: Current elevator status.
    • Ascending: Moving up.
    • Descending: Moving down.
    • Waiting to enter: At boarding floor with door open, waiting for robot to enter.
    • Waiting to exit: At destination floor with door open, waiting for robot to exit.
    • Waiting idle: No calls received, waiting.
    • Robot assigned: Robot call received.
    • Malfunctioning: Not functioning properly.
    • Unknown: Status cannot be determined.
  • Current floor: Floor where the elevator is currently located.
  • Destination floor: Floor the elevator is going to.
  • Robot: Robot currently inside the elevator.
  • Robot mode: Reserves the elevator for robot use only.
    • Click the switch to turn this mode on or off.
    • When enabled, people cannot call or use this elevator—only robots can access it.

Elevator group settings

Before creating an elevator, you must first create an elevator group to categorize elevators that operate under the same specifications.

The elevator group settings interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Robot search Search and filter robots by name.
  • Opens the robot in the Robot monitoring interface.
[Add elevator group] Click to open the Add elevator group dialog.
④ Elevator group list All registered elevator groups.
  • Group ID: Elevator group identifier.
  • Building: Building where the elevator group operates.
  • Group name: Elevator group name.
  • Floors: Floors accessible by elevators in the group.
⑤ Additional features Hover over i-arc-brain_more to edit an elevator group or delete an elevator group.

Add an elevator group

To add an elevator group:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Elevator] tab.
  4. Click [Elevator group settings] > [Add elevator group].
  5. In the Add elevator group dialog, enter the group information:
    • Group ID: Enter the group ID provided by the manufacturer.
    • Group name: Choose any name for operational convenience.
    • Building: Select the building where you want to operate the elevator group from the dropdown.
    • Floors: Enter all floors accessible by elevators in the group, separated by commas.
      • Example: 1,2,5,6,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19
  6. Click [Add].
    • The elevator group is created.

Edit an elevator group

To edit an elevator group:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Elevator] tab.
  4. Click [Elevator group settings].
  5. Hover over i-arc-brain_more next to the elevator group and click [Edit].
  6. In the Edit elevator group dialog, modify the elevator group information.
  7. Click [Edit].
    • The elevator group is updated.

Delete an elevator group

To delete an elevator group:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Elevator] tab.
  4. Click [Elevator group settings].
  5. Hover over i-arc-brain_more next to the elevator group and click [Delete].
  6. In the Delete elevator group popup, review the details and click [Delete] to confirm.
    • The elevator group is deleted.

Add an elevator

To add an elevator:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Elevator] tab.
  4. Click [Add elevator].
  5. In the Add elevator dialog, enter following information:
    • ID: Enter the elevator ID provided by the manufacturer.
    • Name: Enter a name for the elevator.
    • Building: Select the building from the dropdown.
    • Elevator group: Select the group where the elevator belongs from the dropdown.
  6. Click [Add].
    • The elevator is created.

Edit an elevator

To edit an elevator:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Elevator] tab.
  4. Hover over i-arc-brain_more next to the elevator and click [Edit].
  5. In the Edit elevator dialog, modify the elevator information.
  6. Click [Edit].
    • The elevator is updated.

Delete an elevator

To delete an elevator:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Elevator] tab.
  4. Hover over i-arc-brain_more next to the elevator and click [Delete].
  5. In the Delete elevator popup, review the details and click [Delete] to confirm.
    • The elevator is deleted.

Gate

Register gates to monitor and manage their real-time status.

Gate tab interface

The Gate tab in the Facility management menu includes the following components:

Component Description
① Basic features Gate tab features.
② Gate search Search and filter gates by name.
③ Gate list All registered gates.
  • ID: Gate identifier.
  • Building: Building where the gate operates.
  • Name: Gate name.
  • Manufacturer: Gate manufacturer.
  • All floors: Floor where the gate is located.
    • You can filter by floor number.
  • Type: Gate type.
    • Speed gate
    • Automatic door
    • Roboport front room automatic door
  • Status: Current gate status.
    • Open: Gate is open.
    • Closed: Gate is closed.
④ Additional features Hover over i-arc-brain_more to edit a gate or delete a gate.

Add a gate

To add a gate:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Gate] tab.
  4. Click [Add gate].
  5. In the Add gate dialog, enter the following information:
    • ID: Enter the gate ID provided by the manufacturer.
    • Name: Enter a name for the gate (up to 80 characters).
    • Type: Select the gate type.
      • Speed gate
      • Automatic door
      • Roboport front room automatic door
    • Building: Select the building where the gate is installed.
    • Floor: Select the floor where the gate is installed.
  6. Click [Add].
    • The gate is created.

Edit a gate

To edit a gate:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Gate] tab.
  4. Hover over i-arc-brain_more next to the gate and click [Edit].
  5. In the Edit gate dialog, modify the gate information.
  6. Click [Edit].
    • The gate is updated.

Delete a gate

To delete a gate:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Gate] tab.
  4. Hover over i-arc-brain_more next to the gate and click [Delete].
  5. In the Delete gate popup, review the details and click [Delete] to confirm.
    • The gate is deleted.

Docking station

Register docking stations to monitor and manage their real-time status.

Docking station tab interface

The Docking station tab in the Facility management menu includes the following components:

Component Description
① Basic features Docking station tab features.
② Docking station search Search and filter docking stations by name.
③ Docking station list All registered docking stations.
  • ID: Docking station identifier.
  • Building: Building where the docking station operates.
  • Name: Docking station name.
  • All types: Docking station type.
    • You can filter by type.
    • CHARGER
    • ROBOCART
  • Registered: Date when the docking station was registered (yyyy.mm.dd).
  • All floors: Floor where the docking station is located.
  • Status: Current docking station status.
    • CHARGER:
      • Empty (default)
      • Charging
    • ROBOCART:
      • Empty (default)
      • Parking
  • In use: Controls whether the docking station is available for robots.
    • Click the switch to enable or disable.
      • Disabled: Once disabled, no robots are assigned to this station.
      • Enabled: Robots can be re-assigned to this docking station.
④ Additional features Hover over i-arc-brain_more to edit a docking station or delete a docking station.

Add a docking station

To add a docking station:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Docking station] tab.
  4. Click [Add docking station].
  5. In the Add docking station dialog, enter the following information:
    • ID: Enter the docking station ID provided by the manufacturer.
    • Name: Enter a name for the docking station.
    • Type: Select the docking station type.
      • Robocart
      • Charger
    • Building: Select the building and floor where the docking station is installed from the dropdown.
    • Upload marker: Upload the charger's marker file (if required).
  6. Click [Add].
    • The docking station is created.

Edit a docking station

To edit a docking station:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Docking station] tab.
  4. Hover over i-arc-brain_more next to the docking station and click [Edit].
  5. In the Edit docking station dialog, modify the docking station information.
  6. Click [Edit].
    • The docking station is updated.

Delete a docking station

To delete a docking station:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Facility management menu.
  3. Click the [Docking station] tab.
  4. Hover over i-arc-brain_more next to the docking station and click [Delete].
  5. In the Delete docking station popup, review the details and click [Delete] to confirm.
    • The docking station is deleted.
