Monitor robot tasks in real time and view task history.

Task monitoring interface

The Task monitoring interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Download history Download task history for a specific service type and time period (see Download history).
③ Search Search robots by name to filter the task list.
④ Task list View robot task history.
  • Robot name: Name of the robot performing the task.
  • Departure time: When the robot departed (hh:mm:ss).
  • From: Where the robot started.
    • Building name
    • Floor
  • To: Where the robot is going.
    • Building name
    • Floor
  • Location: Floor where the robot is located.
    • Building name
    • Floor
  • Progress: Displays travel status from departure point to destination.
    • Normal: Task is on schedule.
    • Delayed (delay time): Task is running behind schedule.
    • Suspended: Task has stopped due to robot, system, or service issues.
    • Completed: Task finished successfully.
    • Canceled: Task was canceled.
  • Runtime: Duration of the task.
  • Arrival time: When the robot is expected to arrive at the destination (hh:mm:ss).

Download history

To download task history:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Task monitoring menu.
  3. Click [Download history].
  4. Configure the download settings:
    • Service: Choose the service type to download.
    • Period: Select [Daily], [Weekly], [Monthly], or manually choose a date range (up to 3 months).
  5. Click [Download].
    • The task history file is downloaded.
