Track robots' real-time locations and status, and manually operate them using the remote control feature.

Robot monitoring interface

The Robot monitoring interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Floor selector Available floors within the site (building).
  • Click on a floor to open its map.
  • Shows up to 10 floors.
② Robot status Number of robots operating on the selected floor.
  • Click i-arc-brain_robot_status_indicator to filter by robot status:
    • i-arc-brain_all All: Total number of robots registered on this floor.
    • i-arc-brain_all Traveling: Robots in motion.
    • i-arc-brain_all Stopped: Robots at rest.
    • i-arc-brain_charging Charging: Robots charging at docking stations.
    • i-arc-brain_under_maintenance Maintenance: Robots undergoing maintenance.
    • i-arc-brain_error Error: Robots with errors.
    • i-arc-brain_emergency E-stopped: Robots stopped by the emergency stop button.
③ Robot area Name and status of robots operating on the selected floor.
④ Search bar Search for robots by name.
  • Select a robot to view its real-time location and status.
⑤ Map controls Navigate and zoom the map.
  • Move map: Click and drag to move around the map.
  • i-arc-brain_display_reset: Reset to default zoom level (100%).
  • i-arc-brain_maximize: Zoom in.
  • i-arc-brain_minimize: Zoom out.

View robot details

To view detailed information about a robot's location and status:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Robot monitoring menu.
  3. Select the floor where the robot is located, then click on the robot.
  4. Review the information in the robot details panel:
    • Robot name: Name of the robot.
    • Location: Floor where the robot is located.
    • Navigation mode: Robot's current driving mode.
    • Robot status: Current operational status.
      • i-arc-brain_working Traveling: Robots in motion.
      • i-arc-brain_waiting Stopped: Robots at rest.
      • i-arc-brain_charging Charging: Robots charging at docking stations.
      • i-arc-brain_under_maintenance Maintenance: Robots undergoing maintenance.
      • i-arc-brain_error Error: Robots with errors.
        • Hover over the icon to view error details.
      • i-arc-brain_emergency E-stopped: Robots stopped by the emergency stop button.
    • Status: Change the robot's operational status from the dropdown.
      • Standby (default): Ready and waiting for tasks.
      • Maintenance: Undergoing maintenance.
      • Offline: Power is off.
    • Elevator: Choose which elevator the robot should use from the dropdown.
      • Select from registered elevator groups.
      • For details, see Elevator.
    • Robot information: Detailed information about the robot.
      • Model: Robot's model name.
      • Service: Service type created in ARC brain settings.
      • Connection: Real-time connection status.
        • Normal: Robot is connected to the network.
        • Lost: Robot has lost network connection.
      • CPU: Current CPU usage percentage.
        • Normally displayed in black.
          • Displayed in yellow above 95%.
      • Battery: Remaining battery percentage.
        • Displayed in red below 5%.
      • Memory: Current memory usage percentage.
    • [Manage robot]: View detailed robot information.
    • [Remote control]: Manually operate the robot.
    • Task ID: Robot's task identifier.
    • i-arc-brain_redirection: Reset the robot's current path.
    • Departure: Displays the robot's start location and time.
      • Start location: Where the robot started.
        • Building name, floor, coordinates.
      • Departure time: When the robot departed (hh:mm:ss).
    • Arrival: Displays the robot's destination and estimated arrival.
      • Destination: Where the robot is going.
        • Building name, floor, coordinates.
      • Estimated arrival: When the robot is expected to arrive (hh:mm:ss).

Remotely control robots from the remote control interface.

Remote control interface

The remote control interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Navigation Click to return to the Robot monitoring main interface.
② Floor selector Available floors within the site (building).
  • Click on a floor to open its map.
  • Shows up to 10 floors.
③ Robot location Robot's current position.
  • Floor, X coordinate, Y coordinate.
  • [Change position]: Click to move the robot to different coordinates.
④ Front camera Plays video from the robot's front camera.
  • Click [View video] to watch the video in real time.
⑤ Nearby obstacle information Displays obstacles detected near the robot.
⑥ Hardware status Robot's camera status.
⑦ Direction controls Control the robot remotely.
  • [Reset path]: Click to open the reset path interface.
  • [Stop]: Click to stop the robot.
  • Storage compartment controls: Open or close the compartment (available for robots with covers).
  • Direction controls: Move the robot in four directions.
  • Safe driving: Enable safe navigation mode.
  • Displays a message confirming whether the robot successfully moved to the new location.
Note

Storage compartment controls are only available for robot models with covers (e.g., delivery robots), and aren't available for robots without covers. To prevent accidental opening or closing during service (especially while moving), these controls are only enabled when the robot is in Maintenance or E-stopped.

Relocate a robot

To relocate a robot to new coordinates:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Robot monitoring menu.
  3. Select the floor where the robot is located, then click on the robot.
  4. From the robot details panel, click [Remote control].
    • The remote control interface opens.
  5. Relocate the robot using one of these methods:
    • Mouse click: Click on the location where you want to move your robot.
    • Direction controls: Use the direction controls in the bottom right corner of the map or press the arrow keys on your keyboard.
    • Coordinates: Click [Change position] in the top right corner, enter the floor, X coordinate, Y coordinate, then click [Start].
  6. To return to the Robot monitoring interface, click i-arc-brain_return in the top left corner.
    • The robot moves to the new coordinates.

Reset a path

When a robot has path issues or gets stuck, you can reset its path so it can find a new route and continue moving. To reset the robot's path:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Robot monitoring menu.
  3. Select the floor where the robot is located, then click on the robot.
  4. From the robot details panel, click i-arc-brain_redirection or navigate to [Remote control] > [Reset path].
  5. In the panel, click [Reset path].
  6. In the popup, click [Reset].
    • The robot's path is reset and it continues along the new route.

Operate a storage compartment

To operate a robot's storage compartment:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access the admin console).
  2. Click the Robot monitoring menu.
  3. Select the floor where the robot is located, then click on the robot.
  4. From the robot details panel, click [Remote control].
    • The remote control interface opens.
  5. Use the storage compartment controls based on the robot's service type.
    • Example: Package delivery robots, coffee delivery robots
      • [Open cover]: Opens the robot's cover.
      • [Close cover]: Closes the robot's cover.
    • Example: Lunchbox delivery robots
      • [Open top drawer]: Opens the robot's top drawer.
      • [Close top drawer]: Closes the robot's top drawer.
      • [Open bottom drawer]: Opens the robot's bottom drawer.
      • [Close bottom drawer]: Closes the robot's bottom drawer.
    • Additional service types are planned.
  6. To return to the Robot monitoring interface, click i-arc-brain_return in the top left corner.
    • The storage compartment operates according to the selected action.
