| Recording time | Maximum 5 minutes (minimum 30 seconds with at least 10 keyframes). | 10 keyframes = at least 10 instances of surface coverage. |
| Recording requirements | Start and end points must match. | Distance difference within 3 m, angle difference within 20 degrees. |
| Recording device | iPhone 12 Pro or later. | Device must support LiDAR. |

- Be careful not to move too fast so that you can accurately scan the space.
- Scanned areas are displayed in light blue and purple. The color of the displayed area varies depending on the device's orientation—light blue indicates that the area has been recorded from many angles. Record in a way that as many areas as possible are shown in light blue.
- The top of the screen shows the remaining time available for shooting (MM:SS).
- The bottom of the screen shows the location of the space you are currently scanning via a mini map.
- When recording is completed, touch the ■(stop) button.

- Touch cancel on the top right of the screen.
- Once the notification popup window appears, touch the [OK] button.
- The video that canceled the recording is not saved in the gallery.
Precautions during recording
- Make sure to record in a network connected environment.
- Recording in the following types of spaces may result in poor quality output:
- Empty spaces.
- Featureless areas like solid color walls.
- Spaces with many repetitive objects.
- Spaces with a lot of glass or reflective surfaces.
- Maintain a distance of 0.5 m to 5 m between the device and walls or objects while recording.
- Moving the device too quickly during recording can degrade the output quality.
Recording path
This section provides guidelines for recording paths. Follow these instructions to ensure high quality results.
- Start recording in a feature rich area and slowly scan the surroundings until the space is successfully recognized.

- After the initial space recognition is successful, record in one direction as if outlining the perimeter, making sure walls and objects are fully visible in the frame.

- After lightly recording in one direction, proceed in the opposite direction and record thoroughly, covering every corner.

- The recording app has a 5 minute time limit. You must complete the recording and return to the starting point within this time to receive a successful VL result.
