The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:
Fee issues
The billed charges are higher than expected.
There seems to be an error in the billing.
Changing Archive Storage folder name
The folder name of Archive Storage is not changed.
Error message: "Access was denied to this resource"
When I uploaded a file to a specific bucket, I received the message "Access was denied to this resource."
Viewing access log
Object Storage has a feature to view the access log to the bucket, but Archive Storage doesn't have a feature to view the access log.

Transferring Archive Storage files to Object Storage
I want to transfer files uploaded to Archive Storage to Object Storage.
I want to transfer the data whose lifecycle is set in Object Storage and which is transferred to Archive Storage to Object Storage again.
File upload failed
Uploading large-volume files fails.
File download error
I cannot download the file.
The size of the downloaded file is different.
I downloaded the file divided into Segment Object through large-volume file management (DLO), but the file size is different.
Download resuming error
When I download files, only overwriting or skipping files is available and resuming a download doesn't work.
