- In the table above, the △ symbol indicates that the feature is supported only in the Windows environment.
- In the paid Security Monitoring Managed service, all security services within Security Monitoring are available. For more information about Security Monitoring Managed, see the Security Monitoring user guide.
Basic Security does not separately store user logs.
Services with impact
Basic Security performs monitoring based on IP addresses. Even if it is not in the form of Basic Security, if you are subscribing to other services on NAVER Cloud Platform for which you allocate and use Public IP or LB IP, there may be an impact on the quality of the service. Therefore, check if NAVER Cloud Platform's services you're using assign Public IP or Load Balancer IP. For reference, examples of NAVER Cloud Platform services related to Public IP or Load Balancer IP are as follows:
- Compute: Server, Load Balancer, Public IP, etc.
- Database: Cloud DB for MySQL, Cloud DB for MSSQL, Cloud DB for Cache, Cloud DB for Mongo DB, Cloud DB for PostgreSQL, etc.
- Big Data & Analytics: Cloud Hadoop, Search Engine Service, etc.
Precautions for using security services
This is a guide to precautions when using the security service provided by Basic Security. You must familiarize yourself with the precautions as they are related to the normal operation of Basic Security.
Pricing information
Basic Security is provided free of charge to all customers using NAVER Cloud Platform.
Notification service
Basic Security provides notification services only to the login ID (email) when an IDS event detection report is registered.
