Reserved delivery management describes how to view the reserved delivery list and how to cancel the delivery of reserved messages.
Note
To use the features provided in theBiz Message > BrandMessage Reservation menu, you must have a project configured to use Biz Message.
To create a project, see Create project. To modify the settings of a created project, see Edit project.
View reserved delivery list
To view the scheduled delivery list:
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, select your environment from the Region and Platform menus.
- Navigate to Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service.
- Navigate to Biz Message > BrandMessage Reservation.
- Select the service for which you want to view the scheduled delivery list.
- The system displays the scheduled deliveries for the selected service.
- If needed, you can filter the scheduled delivery list by setting the desired period and filter options.
- Click the [View request details] button to see the full request data.
Cancel scheduled delivery
To cancel a scheduled Brand Message delivery:

You can only cancel messages that are still in a pending status.
- In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, select your environment from the Region and Platform menus.
- Navigate to Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service.
- Navigate to Biz Message > BrandMessage Reservation.
- Select the project that contains the reservation you want to cancel.
- Select the item you want to cancel and click the [Cancel reservation] button.
- In the cancellation popup, review the message and click the [Cancel reservation] button.
- The system cancels the scheduled delivery and updates its status to canceled.
- You cannot cancel a scheduled delivery within 10 minutes of its scheduled time.
