You might run into the following problems when using Certificate Manager. Find out causes and possible solutions.
Certificate deletion error
You cannot delete the certificate because the wrong authentication method was selected. Try again after deleting the certificate.
Cause
Certificates that are in the process of validation cannot be deleted.
Solution
If the domain ownership validation is not completed within 72 hours after applying for the certificate, the validation status will change to timeout or failure. Delete the certificate after the validation status changes to failure.
