Troubleshoot common issues
The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:
Certificate deletion error
The certificate cannot be deleted when trying to delete and proceed again after selecting the wrong authentication method.
SSL certificate error
SSL certificate error has occurred.
The "net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID" error message
"net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID" error message is displayed.
Certificate issuance issue
The following are examples of certificate issuance errors you might encounter:
Domain name error
A domain name error occurs when applying for certificate issuance.
Certificate is not issued
The certificate has not been issued.
Error occurs when applying the certificate to the server
The certificate cannot be applied to the server.
Certificate compatibility issue
The following are examples of certificate compatibility errors you might encounter:

If a certificate compatibility issue occurs, the following error message will be displayed.

External certificate registration issue
The following are examples of external certificate registration errors you might encounter:
"The private key has been encrypted. Decrypt it with a pass phrase." error message
A domain name error occurs when applying for certificate issuance.
"An error occurred while validating the certificate. Only one certificate can be entered in the certificate body. " error message
"An error occurred while validating the certificate. Only one certificate can be entered in the certificate body." error message is displayed.
The certificate is not valid
A message that the certificate is not valid is displayed.
The number of domains that can be included in the certificate has been exceeded. (Maximum 300)
"The number of domains that can be included in the certificate has been exceeded. (Up to 300)" error message is displayed.
"The public key certificate and private key pair mismatch" error message
"The public key certificate and private key pair mismatch" error message is displayed.
