      • If the daily collection capacity is exceeded, it goes into the collection restricted status.
      • If the amount of collected logs exceeds 10 GB or 10 million items per day, performance may be limited when searching saved logs.
    • Log storage capacity: limited by the pricing plan
      • If the storage capacity is exceeded, up to 30% of the data from the past up until the previous day may be deleted to secure additional storage capacity.
    • Log storage period: a maximum of 30 days
      • Data older than 30 days is deleted sequentially from the oldest data.
    • If the number of log types created by the Custom Log settings exceeds 20, it may affect the search and export features.
    Note

    Collection limited status

If the daily collection capacity is exceeded, it goes into the Collection limited status.

    • Under the collection limited status, no additional logs are collected, and new logs can be collected starting on the next day.
    • Under the collection limited status, a notification is displayed to inform that collection limits are being applied when accessing a menu in Cloud Log Analytics from the console, and an instruction email is sent to the user.
