You can add or delete the notification recipients who will receive the check result reports in the Notification Setting menu. The added notification recipients can receive weekly resource check result reports through emails.
Note
- You can select the notification recipients among the notification recipient mangers registered in the Cloud Insight(VPC)'s Notification Recipient menu. For more information about managing notification recipients, see Cloud Insight Guide.
- Weekly emails(weekly check result reports) will be sent every Monday, around 8 AM(UTC+09:00).
- As for the items that were not checked automatically because the re-check waiting time did not finish, the latest check result will be sent.
- On the check result reports, parts of some sensitive information, such as login ID and user name, will be obscured. Check the full information at the console. (See View details of check results for each item)
Notification setting page
The basic description for the Notification Setting menu to use Cloud Advisor is as follows:

Set notification recipients
The following describes how to add or delete notification recipients.
- Please click an environment you are using in the Region and Platform menus of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click the Services > Management & Governance > Cloud Advisor menus in order.
- Click the Notification Setting menu.
- Click the category tab to which you want to add the notification recipients
- The check result reports will be sent to the notification recipients in the selected category.
- As for the checklist by category, refer to Checklist.
- In the Name dropdown menu, select the notification recipients.
- The email addresses of the selected notification recipients will show on the email, and the check result reports will be sent to those email addresses.
- To filter the list of notification recipients by selecting the recipient group, select the group name in the Recipient group dropdown menu.
- To add the notification recipients, click the [Manage notification recipients] button and register the notification recipients in Could Insight's Notification Recipient menu. See Cloud Insight guide for more information.
- Click the [Add] button.
- A new notification recipient will be added to the list.
- You may click to delete an added notification recipient.
