Common issues

You may experience the following common issues.

MSSQL Server connection error
Error occurs when accessing MSSQL Server.
Cannot access MSSQL Server from outside.

Using linked server
Cannot use linked servers in Cloud DB for MSSQL.

Mirror server replication error
Error occurs when replicating to Mirror server.

Notifications on exceeding MSSQL Server threshold
Unable to receive an event notification on exceeding MSSQL Server threshold.

Unable to access database
Cannot access the database as it has been restarted and is in a "restoring" state.

Perform Failover
Perform Failover to reproduce Failover situation caused by Principal Server failure to check any effects on applications prior to opening the service.

Synchronization error
The database synchronization was not performed properly.

Error message

You may experience the following common issues.

Access Denied error
Access Denied error occurs.

Signature error
Signature error occurs.

"A WebException with status NameResolutionFailure was thrown" error
"A WebException with status NameResolutionFailure was thrown" error occurs.

"Server does not exists" error
"Server does not exists" error occurs.
