In Getting started with Cloud Outbound, once you've reviewed the Cloud Outbound Mailer user environment, full quickstart, and glossary, learn how to subscribe to and unsubscribe from the service in order to use Cloud Outbound Mailer properly.
After completing your Cloud Outbound Mailer subscription, you can manage permissions for Cloud Outbound Mailer through Sub Account to operate the service more efficiently. You can perform permissions management tasks in Sub Account after subscribing to that service, that is not in Cloud Outbound Mailer, and are not described in detail in this guide. For detailed usage instructions, see the Sub Account user guide.

Subscribe to the service

To subscribe to Cloud Outbound Mailer in the NAVER Cloud Platform console:

  1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Region & Platform at the upper right of the console interface.
  3. Select the Region in use and the platform, and then click [Apply].
  4. At the upper left of the console interface, click the iconi_menu.
  5. Navigate to Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer.
  6. Click [Subscribe].
  7. Read and agree to the terms of service and the personal information processing agreement, then click [OK].
  8. In the completion popup, click [OK].

Personal information consent agreement verification

Because Cloud Outbound Mailer sends emails using personal information entered by users, it requires consent for personal information processing when you subscribe to the service.
To check the registered personal information consent date and related details:

  1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer.
  2. Click the Subscription menu.
  3. Click [Personal Information Consent Agreement].
  4. Review the date and time of your personal information processing consent and the related details.

Unsubscribe from the service

To cancel your Cloud Outbound Mailer subscription:

Note

When you unsubscribe from the service, all previously stored data is automatically deleted.

  1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Region & Platform at the upper right of the console interface.
  3. Select the Region in use and the platform, and then click [Apply].
  4. At the upper left of the console interface, click the iconi_menu.
  5. Navigate to Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer.
  6. Click the Subscription menu.
  7. Click [Subscribed].
  8. Click Unsubscribe.
  9. In the unsubscription popup, click [Unsubscribe].
  10. Click [OK].
