    The Getting started with Cloud Outbound Mailer guide describes how to request subscription to the service and cancel subscription to properly use Cloud Outbound Mailer after checking the Cloud Outbound Mailer use environment and fully understanding the overall Usage scenario and Glossary.
    For more efficient Cloud Outbound Mailer management after completing the Cloud Outbound Mailer subscription request, you may manage permissions for Cloud Outbound Mailer through Sub Account. The permission management task may be done after requesting subscription in Sub Account, rather than in Cloud Outbound Mailer. This guide, however, does not provide a detailed description for this task. For more details about the usage method, refer to the Sub Account Guide.

    Request subscription

    The following describes how to request subscription to Cloud Outbound Mailer from the NAVER Cloud Platform console.

    1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click the Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer menus, in that order.
    3. Click the [Request subscription] button.
    4. Read and consent to Service Terms and Conditions and collection and use of personal information for the service, and then click the [Confirm] button.
    5. From the completion pop-up window, click the [Confirm] button.

    Confirmation on consent agreement to personal information

    Since Cloud Outbound Mailer sends emails using personal information provided by the user, we need your agreement to the collection of personal information when you request subscription.
    The following describes how to view the date of agreement to collection of personal information and related information.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer menus, in that order.
    2. Click the Subscription menu.
    3. Click the [Consent agreement to personal information] button.
    4. Check the date of agreement to collection of personal information and related information.

    Cancel subscription

    The following describes how to cancel the Cloud Outbound Mailer subscription.

    Note

    When you cancel the service subscription, all saved data will be automatically removed.

    1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Services > Application Services > Cloud Outbound Mailer menus, in that order.
    2. Click the Subscription menu.
    3. Click the [Product in use] button.
    4. Click Cancel product subscription.
    5. Click the [Cancel subscription] button in the Cancel service subscription pop-up window.
    6. Click the [OK] button.
