Available in VPC

You can view analytics on CareCall results, such as call duration and call attempts, by month or organization.

The available analytics features are as follows:

  • Usage status: View usage status analytics.
  • Connected calls: View call duration, call attempt, and emergency alert analytics for connected calls.

Monthly analytics interface

The Monthly analytics interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features Monthly analytics features.
  • [Detailed search]: Click to filter the list using the search option you selected.
  • [Download]: Click to download the list as an Excel file.
③ List View monthly analytics.
  • Month: Month.
  • Outgoing calls
    • Total number of calls: Total number of connected and unanswered calls during the selected period.
    • Number of connected calls: Number of calls connected to recipients.
    • Number of unanswered calls: Number of unanswered calls.
    • Connection rate: Number of connected calls / Total number of calls.
    • Number of completed conversations: Number of connected calls that reached the closing message.
    • Completion rate: Number of completed conversations / Total number of calls.
  • Number of recipients: Number of unique recipients after deduplication.
  • Average call duration: Average call duration of the connected calls.
  • Total call duration: Total duration of all connected calls.

Organizational analytics interface

The Organizational analytics interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features Organizational analytics features.
  • [Select period]: Click to select the search period.
  • [Download]: Click to download the list as an Excel file.
③ List View organizational analytics.
  • Organization name: Name of the organization for which analytics were aggregated.
  • Outgoing calls
    • Total number of calls: Total number of connected and unanswered calls during the selected period.
    • Number of connected calls: Number of calls connected to recipients.
    • Number of unanswered calls: Number of unanswered calls.
    • Connection rate: Number of connected calls / Total number of calls.
    • Number of completed conversations: Number of connected calls that reached the closing message.
    • Completion rate: Number of completed conversations / Total number of calls.
  • Number of recipients: Number of unique recipients after deduplication.
  • Average call duration: Average call duration of the connected calls.
