Campaign status

You can view the campaign results.

Campaign status interface

The Campaign status interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Number of items Number of items displayed on the list.
③ Progress Progress status of the campaign.
  • All: Number of calls registered in the schedules of all ongoing campaigns.
  • Completed: Number of completed (including redials) or connected calls.
  • Scheduled: Number of scheduled outgoing calls.
④ Basic features Campaign status features.
  • [Select period]: Click to select the search period.
  • [Detailed search]: Click to filter the list using the search option you selected.
  • [Select organization]: Click to filter the list using the organization you selected.
    • This feature is only available to some users.
  • [Download]: Click to download the list as an Excel file.
  • [View options]: Click to select the number of rows to be displayed on the list.
  • [Download conversation]: Click to download the selected call results from the list.
    • Conversation record.xlsx: Click to select options in the download settings modal window.
    • Conversation file.wav: Click to download the voice file.
⑤ Result summary Summary of the outgoing call records.
  • Total number of calls: Total number of connected and unanswered calls during the selected period.
    • Click to filter the list with the selected item.
  • Connected calls: Number of calls connected to recipients.
  • Unanswered calls: Number of unanswered calls.
  • Completed conversations: Number of connected calls that reached the closing message.
⑥ Call analysis Summary of call analysis results.
  • Normal: Number of calls with positive utterances detected.
    • Click to filter the list with the selected item.
  • Abnormal: Number of calls with negative utterances detected.
    • Click to filter the list with the selected item.
  • Emergency alert: Number of calls requiring monitoring, such as health issues or help requests.
    • Click to filter the list with the selected item.
⑦ List View outgoing campaign call records.
  • Organization name: Name of the organization for the outgoing campaign.
  • Campaign name: Name of the outgoing campaign.
  • Date and time: Date and time of the outgoing calls.
  • Outgoing number: Outgoing numbers for the schedule.
  • Number of redials: Number of redials for the schedule.
  • Recipient name: Names of target recipients in the schedule.
  • Mobile phone number: Mobile phone numbers of target recipients in the schedule.
  • Call status: Call status of the outgoing call records.
    • Call ended: The call was connected and has ended.
    • Call in progress: The call is connected and in progress.
    • Not connected: The call is not connected.
  • Conversation completed: Whether the call has been completed.
  • Call attempts: Number of attempted calls.
  • Call duration: Duration of the connected call.
  • Call analysis: Results of AI analysis on call details.
    • Normal: Positive utterances detected.
    • Abnormal: Negative utterances detected.
    • Emergency alert: Utterances requiring monitoring detected.
  • Follow-up action: Follow-up action type selected at creation.

Campaign details popup interface

The Campaign details popup includes the following components:

Component Description
① Recipient information Current recipient information.
  • Recipient name: Name of the selected recipient.
  • Organization name: Name of the selected recipient’s responsible organization.
  • Other information: Other information of the selected recipient.
② Call information Call information of the recipient.
  • Call details: View the call details of the selected recipient.
    • i-clovacarecall-play: Play voice file.
    • i-clovacarecall-like: Click to submit positive feedback.
    • i-clovacarecall-dislike: Click to submit negative feedback.
  • Memory details: Manage memory details of the selected call.
  • Follow-up action: Manage follow-up actions of the selected call.
③ Memo Manage the recipient’s memo.
  • i-clovacarecall-memo-add: Click to switch to add memo.

Reset memory details

To reset memory details:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Memory details tab.
  5. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the memory details to reset, and click [Reset].
  6. When the Reset memory popup appears, read the notification and click [Reset].
    • The memory details are reset.

Edit memory details

To edit memory details:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Memory details tab.
  5. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the memory details to edit, and click [Edit].
  6. When Edit memory details appears, edit the memory details.
  7. Click [Save].
    • The memory details are edited.

Add follow-up action

Note

You can add only 1 follow-up action for each call.

To add a follow-up action:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Follow-up action tab.
  5. In the Follow-up action tab, enter a follow-up action.
    • Action type: Select the follow-up action type.
    • Action details (optional): Enter the action details within 500 characters.
  6. Click [Save].
    • A new follow-up action is added.

Edit follow-up action

To edit a follow-up action:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Follow-up action tab.
  5. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the follow-up action to edit, and click [Edit].
  6. When Edit follow-up action appears, edit the follow-up action.
  7. Click [Save].
    • The follow-up action is edited.

Delete follow-up action

To delete a follow-up action:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Follow-up action tab.
  5. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the follow-up action to delete, and click [Delete].
  6. When the Delete follow-up action popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
    • The follow-up action is deleted from the list.

Add memo

To add a memo:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the i-clovacarecall-memo-add icon.
  5. When Add memo appears, enter a memo.
    • Memo details: Enter a memo within 500 characters.
  6. Click [Save].
    • A new memo is added.

Edit memo

To edit a memo:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the memo to edit, and click [Edit].
    • Only memos you added can be edited.
  5. When Edit memo appears, edit the memo.
    • For more information about the editable items, see Add memo.
  6. Click [Save].
    • The memo is edited.

Delete memo

To delete a memo:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the memo to delete, and click [Delete].
    • Only memos you added can be deleted.
  5. When the Delete memo popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
    • The memo is deleted from the list.
