Manage campaign

You can add and manage campaigns.

Manage campaign interface

The Manage campaign interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Number of items Number of items displayed on the list.
③ Basic features Manage campaign features.
  • [Add campaign]: Click to go to the Add campaign page.
  • [Delete campaign]: Click to Delete campaign.
  • [View options]: Click to select the number of rows to be displayed on the list.
  • [Detailed search]: Click to filter the list using the search option you selected.
  • [Select organization]: Click to filter the list using the organization you selected.
    • This feature is only available to some users.
  • [Download]: Click to download the list as an Excel file.
  • [Change chatbot settings]: Click to change the selected campaign’s chatbot settings.
  • [Control batch execution]: Click to control the execution of selected campaign.
④ List View the list of all registered campaigns.
  • Organization name: Organization name you selected during creation.
  • Campaign name: Campaign name entered at creation.
  • Campaign type: Campaign type selected at creation.
  • Registration date and time: Creation date and time of the campaign.
  • Last execution date and time: Last execution date and time of the campaign.
  • Outgoing call interval: Outgoing call interval of the selected schedule.
  • Call start time: Call start time of the selected schedule.
  • Outgoing number: Outgoing numbers of the selected schedule.
  • Number of targets: Number of selected schedule’s target.
  • Progress status: Displays the progress status of the campaign.
    • Pre-progress: The campaign has not started.
    • In progress: The campaign is in progress.
    • Progress ended: The campaign has ended.
  • Control progress: Control campaign progress status.
    • [Start]: Click to start the selected campaign.
    • [Stop]: Click to stop the selected campaign.
⑤ Additional features Hover to Edit campaign or Delete campaign.

Add campaign

Note

Create a schedule before adding a campaign.
For more information, see Add schedule.

To add a campaign:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage campaign menu.
  3. Click [Add campaign].
  4. On the Add campaign page, enter the basic information of the campaign.
    • Campaign name: Enter a campaign name within 30 characters.
    • Campaign type: Select the campaign type.
    • Registered organization: Select a registered organization in the organization search modal window.
      • This feature is only available to some users.
  5. Click the tab to enter the detailed schedule for the campaign.
    • Set schedule: Set the schedule for the campaign.
      • Schedule
        • Select a schedule not yet added to the campaign from the schedule list modal window.
    • Chatbot settings: Configure campaign’s chatbot options.
      • Greeting message
        • Default: Default greeting message
        • Manual input: Enter a greeting message within 140 characters.
      • Department
        • Organization name: Name of the registered organization you selected.
        • Manual input: Enter an organization name within 20 characters.
      • Opening message
        • Default: Default opening message
        • Manual input: Enter an opening message within 140 characters.
      • Closing message
        • Default: Default closing message
        • Manual input: Enter a closing message within 140 characters.
      • Number of utterances: Select the number of conversation turns (1-20).
    • Result notification: Select the user notification for the campaign.
      • User notification
        • Enable: Enable the addition of user information.
          • Send notification emails to selected users when the campaign ends.
        • Disable: Disable the addition of user information.
    • Purposeful conversation: Select the purposeful conversation for the campaign.
      • Disaster/Weather notification
        • Enable: Enable registered organization addresses.
          • Provide disaster/weather notifications during conversations or identify damage.
        • Disable: Disable registered organization addresses.
  6. Click [Save].
    • A new campaign is now added.

Edit campaign

Note

You cannot edit a campaign in progress. Stop the campaign and try again.

To edit a campaign:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage campaign menu.
  3. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the campaign to edit, and click [Edit].
    • You cannot edit a campaign in progress.
  4. On the Edit campaign page, edit the campaign information.
    • For more information about the editable items, see Add campaign.
  5. Click [Save].
    • The campaign information is now edited.

Delete campaign

To delete a campaign:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage campaign menu.
  3. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the campaign to delete, and click [Delete].
  4. When the Delete campaign popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
    • The campaign is now deleted from the list.

Start campaign

To start a campaign:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage campaign menu.
  3. From the list, click the [Start] button on the campaign to start.
  4. When the Start campaign popup appears, read the notification and click [Start].
    • The campaign starts.
    • You cannot start a campaign when its schedule is canceled or no target is added.

Stop campaign

To stop a campaign:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage campaign menu.
  3. From the list, click the [Stop] button on the campaign to stop.
  4. When the Stop campaign popup appears, read the notification and click [Stop].
    • The campaign stops.
    • When you stop a campaign, its schedule is canceled after 7 days.
