You can add and manage schedules.

Manage schedule interface

The Manage schedule interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Number of items Number of items displayed on the list.
③ Basic features Manage schedule features.
  • [Add schedule]: Click to go to the Add schedule page.
  • [Delete schedule]: Click to Delete schedule.
  • [View options]: Click to select the number of rows to be displayed on the list.
  • [Detailed search]: Click to filter the list using the search option you selected.
  • [Select organization]: Click to filter the list using the organization you selected.
    • This feature is only available to some users.
  • [Download]: Click to download the list as an Excel file.
④ List View the list of all registered schedules.
  • Organization name: Organization name you selected during creation.
  • Registration date and time: Creation date and time of the schedule.
  • Outgoing call interval: Outgoing call interval selected at creation.
  • Number of outgoing calls: Number of outgoing calls made selected at creation.
  • Call start time: Call start time selected at creation.
  • Number of redials: Number of redials selected at creation.
  • Redial interval: Redial interval selected at creation.
  • Number of targets: Number of targets selected at creation.
    • Need to register target recipient: Click to go to the target registration page.
  • Outgoing number: Outgoing number selected at creation.
  • Campaign name: Campaign name for selected schedule.
    • Need to add campaign: Click to go to the campaign addition page.
⑤ Additional features Hover to Edit schedule or Delete schedule.

Add schedule

Note

Create recipients before adding a schedule.
For more information, see Add recipient.

To add a schedule:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage schedule menu.
  3. Click [Add schedule].
  4. In the Add schedule > Select target page, select the target and click [Next].
    • Registered organization: Select a registered organization in the organization search modal window.
      • This feature is only available to some users.
    • Recipient list: Display recipients who are not registered in the schedule, from among the recipients of the selected registered organization.
    • [Select]: Add the selected recipient to the target list.
    • Target list: Display selected targets from the recipient list.
    • [Exclude]: Exclude the selected recipient from the target list.
    • [Next]: Go to the Add schedule > Select schedule page.
    • [Cancel]: Go to the Manage schedule page.
  5. In the Add schedule > Select schedule page, select the schedule information.
    • Outgoing number: Select a registered outgoing number from the search modal window.
    • Outgoing call recipient: Enter the number of outgoing call recipients.
    • Number of outgoing calls: Select the number of outgoing calls.
    • Outgoing call interval: Select the interval for outgoing calls.
    • Redial frequency: Select the redial frequency.
    • Redial interval: Select the redial interval.
    • Select schedule: Select the day and time for the outgoing call.
    • [Previous]: Go to the previous page.
    • [Apply]: Go to the Schedule application completed page.
  6. Click [Apply].
    • A new schedule is added.

Edit schedule

Note

You cannot edit the schedule of a campaign in progress. Stop the campaign and try again.

To edit a schedule:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage schedule menu.
  3. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the schedule to edit, and click [Edit].
    • You cannot edit the schedule of a campaign in progress.
  4. In the Edit schedule page, edit the schedule information.
    • For more information about the editable items, see Add schedule.
  5. Click [Change].
    • The schedule information is edited.

Delete schedule

Note

You cannot delete the schedule of a campaign in progress. Stop the campaign and try again.

To delete a schedule:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage schedule menu.
  3. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the schedule to delete, and click [Delete].
  4. When the Delete schedule popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
    • The schedule is deleted from the list.
