CLOVA CareCall provides a separate admin console that allows AI to make outgoing calls to care recipients and enables administrators to view the call results.

Access admin console

Note

You need to have an account to access the admin console. Click [Sign up] to create an account.

To access the admin console:

  1. Access the Admin console.
  2. Enter your Email address.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click [Login].
    • You cannot log in for 30 minutes if you fail 5 times.
    • After logging in, enter the authentication number for 2-factor authentication.

Admin console interface

The admin consoler interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Open/Close Collapse or expand the menu on the left.
② Account information Organization name and user name.
③ Logout information Remaining time before logout.
Manage account Manage admin console’s account information (see Manage account).
Manage recipients Manage recipients to be included in the schedule (see Manage recipients).
Manage schedule menu Manage schedule for the campaign (see Manage schedule).
Manage campaign menu Manage CareCall execution (see Manage campaign).
Campaign status menu View call details for campaign results (see Campaign status).
Analytics menu View analytics for CareCall results (see Analytics).
Settings menu Configure admin console settings (see Settings).
⑪ Content component Displays content corresponding to the selected menu.
