Available in VPC
You can configure various admin console account settings, such as changing user information and password and managing security settings and authentication key.
You can configure the following settings:
- Change user information: Change the user information.
- Change password: Change the password.
- Security settings: Select whether to use 2-factor authentication and specify the authentication method.
- Manage authentication key: Manage the API authentication key.
- Cancel subscription: Cancel subscription of the admin console and delete the user information.
Manage account
You can manage admin console’s account information.
Change user information
To change user information:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Hover the mouse over the user name on the right and click the Manage account menu.
- On the Login page, enter the password.
- In the Manage account > User information tab, edit the user information.
- Email address: Enter your email address.
- Authentication number: Enter the authentication number you received via email.
- Name: Enter a user name within 20 characters.
- Mobile phone number: Enter your mobile phone number.
- Authentication number: Enter the authentication number you received on your mobile phone.
- Task (optional): Enter your task within 20 characters.
- Click [OK].
- Your user information is now changed.
Change password
To change your password:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Hover the mouse over the user name on the right and click the Manage account menu.
- On the Login page, enter the password.
- In the Manage account > Change password tab, edit the password.
- Current password: Enter your current password.
- New password: Enter a new password.
- Confirm new password: Enter the new password again.
- Click [OK].
- Your password is now changed.
Security settings
To change security settings:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Hover the mouse over the user name on the right and click the Manage account menu.
- On the Login page, enter the password.
- In the Manage account > Security settings tab, edit the security settings.
- 2-Factor authentication
- Enable: Enable 2-factor authentication.
- Disable: View the notification and disable 2-factor authentication.
- Authentication method
- Email: Send the authentication number to the email address you entered.
- Text message: Send the authentication number to the mobile phone number you entered.
- 2-Factor authentication
- Click [OK].
- The security settings are now changed.
Manage authentication key
To manage an API authentication key:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Hover the mouse over the user name on the right and click the Manage account menu.
- On the Login page, enter the password.
- In the Manage account > Manage authentication key tab, you can manage the authentication key.
- Add: Click [Add authentication key].
- You can add up to 5 authentication keys.
- Delete: From the list, click
on the authentication key you want to delete, and click [Delete]. - Copy: From the list, click
on the authentication key you want to copy.
- Add: Click [Add authentication key].
Cancel subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Hover the mouse over the user name on the right and click the Manage account menu.
- On the Login page, enter the password.
- In the Manage account > Cancel subscription tab, select to agree subscription cancellation.
- Click [Cancel subscription].
- Your user information is deleted.
