Manage recipients
You can add and manage recipients.
Manage recipients interface
The Manage recipients interface includes the following components:

| ④ List | View the list of all registered recipients.

| ⑤ Additional features | Hover to Edit recipient, Delete recipient, Pause, or Resume. |
Add recipient
To add a recipient:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click [Add recipient].
- On the Add recipient page, enter the basic information of the recipient.
- Recipient name: Enter a recipient name within 20 characters.
- Mobile phone number: Enter the recipient’s mobile phone number.
- Other information (optional): Enter other information within 30 characters.
- Responsible organization: Select a registered organization in the organization search modal window.
- This feature is only available to some users.
- Click [Save].
- A new recipient is added.
Upload recipient
To add multiple recipients:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click [Upload recipient].
- When the Upload recipient modal window appears, click [Upload file].
- Select the Excel file that has recipients information.
- Check the upload result.
- Success: Successfully saved.
- Failed: Failed to save.
- Hover to view reasons for failure.
: Click to edit the uploaded recipient information.
Edit recipient
To edit a recipient:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- From the list, click
on the recipient to edit, and click [Edit]. - On the Edit recipient page, edit the recipient information.
- For more information about the editable items, see Add recipient.
- Click [Save].
- The recipient information is edited.
Delete recipient
To delete a recipient:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- From the list, click
on the recipient to delete, and click [Delete]. - When the Delete recipient popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
- The recipient is deleted from the list.
Pause
You can only pause recipients whose campaigns are in progress.
To pause the recipient's participation in the campaign:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- From the list, click
on the recipient to pause, and click [Pause]. - When the Pause participation popup appears, read the notification and click [Pause].
- The recipient is excluded from the call list.
Resume
Only paused recipients can be resumed.
To resume the recipient’s participation in the campaign:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- From the list, click
on the recipient, and click [Resume]. - When the Resume participation popup appears, read the notification and click [Resume].
- The recipient is included in the call list.
Recipient details popup interface
The Recipient details popup includes the following components:

Reset memory details
To reset memory details:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
- Click the Memory details tab.
- From the list, click
on the memory details to reset, and click [Reset]. - When the Reset memory popup appears, read the notification and click [Reset].
- The memory details are reset.
Edit memory details
To edit memory details:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
- Click the Memory details tab.
- From the list, click
on the memory details to edit, and click [Edit]. - When Edit memory details appears, edit the memory details.
- Click [Save].
- The memory details are edited.
Add follow-up action
You can add only 1 follow-up action for each call.
To add a follow-up action:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
- Click the Follow-up action tab.
- In the Follow-up action tab, enter a follow-up action.
- Action type: Select the follow-up action type.
- Action details (optional): Enter the action details within 500 characters.
- Click [Save].
- A new follow-up action is added.
Edit follow-up action
To edit a follow-up action:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
- Click the Follow-up action tab.
- From the list, click
on the follow-up action to edit, and click [Edit]. - When Edit follow-up action appears, edit the follow-up action.
- For more information about the editable items, see Add follow-up action.
- Click [Save].
- The follow-up action is edited.
Delete follow-up action
To delete a follow-up action:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
- Click the Follow-up action tab.
- From the list, click
on the follow-up action to delete, and click [Delete]. - When the Delete follow-up action popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
- The follow-up action is deleted from the list.
Add memo
To add a memo:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
- Click the
icon. - When Add memo appears, enter a memo.
- Memo details: Enter a memo within 500 characters.
- Click [Save].
- A new memo is added.
Edit memo
To edit a memo:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
- From the list, click
on the memo to edit, and click [Edit].
- Only memos you added can be edited.
- When Edit memo appears, edit the memo.
- For more information about the editable items, see Add memo.
- Click [Save].
- The memo is edited.
Delete memo
To delete a memo:
- Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
- Click the Manage recipients menu.
- Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
- From the list, click
on the memo to delete, and click [Delete].
- Only memos you added can be deleted.
- When the Delete memo popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
- The memo is deleted from the list.
