You can add and manage recipients.

Manage recipients interface

The Manage recipients interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Number of items Number of items displayed on the list.
③ Basic features Manage recipients features.
  • [Add recipient]: Click to go to the Add recipient page.
  • [Upload recipient]: Click to open the Upload recipient modal window.
  • [Delete recipient]: Click to Delete recipient.
  • [View options]: Click to select the number of rows to be displayed on the list.
  • [Detailed search]: Click to filter the list using the search option you selected.
  • [Select organization]: Click to filter the list using the organization you selected.
    • This feature is only available to some users.
  • [Download]: Click to download the list as an Excel file.
④ List View the list of all registered recipients.
  • Organization name: Organization name you selected during creation.
  • Recipient name: Recipient name entered at creation.
  • Mobile phone number: Recipient’s mobile phone number entered at creation.
  • Registration date and time: Creation date and time of the recipient.
  • Last call date and time: Last call date and time of the recipient.
  • Metrics: Metrics of the recipient’s calls over the past 3 months.
    • Total number of calls: Total number of calls (both connected and unanswered calls).
    • Connection rate: Number of connected calls / Total number of calls.
    • Completion rate: Number of completed conversations / Total number of calls.
    • Average answer length: Average answer length in characters.
    • Average call duration: Average call duration of the connected calls.
  • Campaign name: Campaign name that refers to the schedule included as a call recipient.
  • Progress status: Displays the progress status of the campaign.
    • Pre-progress: The campaign has not started.
    • In progress: The campaign is in progress.
    • Progress ended: The campaign has ended.
⑤ Additional features Hover to Edit recipient, Delete recipient, Pause, or Resume.

Add recipient

To add a recipient:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click [Add recipient].
  4. On the Add recipient page, enter the basic information of the recipient.
    • Recipient name: Enter a recipient name within 20 characters.
    • Mobile phone number: Enter the recipient’s mobile phone number.
    • Other information (optional): Enter other information within 30 characters.
    • Responsible organization: Select a registered organization in the organization search modal window.
      • This feature is only available to some users.
  5. Click [Save].
    • A new recipient is added.

Upload recipient

To add multiple recipients:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click [Upload recipient].
  4. When the Upload recipient modal window appears, click [Upload file].
  5. Select the Excel file that has recipients information.
  6. Check the upload result.
    • Success: Successfully saved.
    • Failed: Failed to save.
      • Hover to view reasons for failure.
      • i-clovacarecall-write: Click to edit the uploaded recipient information.

Edit recipient

To edit a recipient:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the recipient to edit, and click [Edit].
  4. On the Edit recipient page, edit the recipient information.
    • For more information about the editable items, see Add recipient.
  5. Click [Save].
    • The recipient information is edited.

Delete recipient

To delete a recipient:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the recipient to delete, and click [Delete].
  4. When the Delete recipient popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
    • The recipient is deleted from the list.

Pause

Note

You can only pause recipients whose campaigns are in progress.

To pause the recipient's participation in the campaign:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the recipient to pause, and click [Pause].
  4. When the Pause participation popup appears, read the notification and click [Pause].
    • The recipient is excluded from the call list.

Resume

Note

Only paused recipients can be resumed.

To resume the recipient’s participation in the campaign:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the recipient, and click [Resume].
  4. When the Resume participation popup appears, read the notification and click [Resume].
    • The recipient is included in the call list.

Recipient details popup interface

The Recipient details popup includes the following components:

Component Description
① Recipient information Current recipient information.
  • Recipient name: Name of the selected recipient.
  • Organization name: Name of the selected recipient’s responsible organization.
  • Other information: Other information of the selected recipient.
② Call information Call information of the recipient.
  • Call details: View the call details of the selected recipient.
    • i-clovacarecall-play: Play voice file.
    • i-clovacarecall-like: Click to submit positive feedback.
    • i-clovacarecall-dislike: Click to submit negative feedback.
  • Memory details: Manage memory details of the selected call.
  • Follow-up action: Manage follow-up actions of the selected call.
③ Memo Manage the recipient’s memo.
  • i-clovacarecall-memo-add: Click to switch to add memo.

Reset memory details

To reset memory details:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Memory details tab.
  5. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the memory details to reset, and click [Reset].
  6. When the Reset memory popup appears, read the notification and click [Reset].
    • The memory details are reset.

Edit memory details

To edit memory details:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Memory details tab.
  5. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the memory details to edit, and click [Edit].
  6. When Edit memory details appears, edit the memory details.
  7. Click [Save].
    • The memory details are edited.

Add follow-up action

Note

You can add only 1 follow-up action for each call.

To add a follow-up action:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Follow-up action tab.
  5. In the Follow-up action tab, enter a follow-up action.
    • Action type: Select the follow-up action type.
    • Action details (optional): Enter the action details within 500 characters.
  6. Click [Save].
    • A new follow-up action is added.

Edit follow-up action

To edit a follow-up action:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Follow-up action tab.
  5. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the follow-up action to edit, and click [Edit].
  6. When Edit follow-up action appears, edit the follow-up action.
  7. Click [Save].
    • The follow-up action is edited.

Delete follow-up action

To delete a follow-up action:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the Follow-up action tab.
  5. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the follow-up action to delete, and click [Delete].
  6. When the Delete follow-up action popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
    • The follow-up action is deleted from the list.

Add memo

To add a memo:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. Click the i-clovacarecall-memo-add icon.
  5. When Add memo appears, enter a memo.
    • Memo details: Enter a memo within 500 characters.
  6. Click [Save].
    • A new memo is added.

Edit memo

To edit a memo:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the memo to edit, and click [Edit].
    • Only memos you added can be edited.
  5. When Edit memo appears, edit the memo.
    • For more information about the editable items, see Add memo.
  6. Click [Save].
    • The memo is edited.

Delete memo

To delete a memo:

  1. Access the admin console (see Access admin console).
  2. Click the Manage recipients menu.
  3. Click the recipient from the list to open the Recipient details popup.
  4. From the list, click i-clovacarecall-more on the memo to delete, and click [Delete].
    • Only memos you added can be deleted.
  5. When the Delete memo popup appears, read the notification and click [Delete].
    • The memo is deleted from the list.
