          The cloud environment specifications supported by CLOVA CareCall are as follows:

          Usage fee

          CLOVA CareCall charges you based on the number of calls you successfully receive. You are not charged for setting up a Contact Center, but depending on your phone plan, you may incur additional charges for receiving calls.
