Troubleshoot common issues
The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:
Interpreter feature not working in chatbot
When LINE English Interpreter is invited to a chat connected to a chatbot on LINE, the interpreter immediately leaves the chatroom.
Build failure
The build fails.
Welcome message not displayed
Although a welcome message was registered, it does not appear during testing.
Localhost not working in chatbot responses
Although a welcome message was registered, it does not appear during testing.
Text error in API response
When calling the API using Python for custom chatbot integration, the response is not returned properly.
Regular expression question not working
A regular expression set in a conversation question does not work as expected.
Error during NAVER TalkTalk integration
A regular expression set in a conversation question does not work as expected.
Change chatbot icon

Local data backup
Wish to back up data from the console to a local environment.
