Troubleshoot common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

Cannot create domain
I cannot create a General OCR domain.
I can only select templates from the domain creation page.

Issues with saving and using uploaded files
Are the uploaded files saved or used in improving performance?

Authorization of template requests
The template authorization has not completed.

Disabled specialized model setting button
[Set specialized model] button is disabled.

Troubleshoot billing issues

The following are examples of fee issues you might encounter:

Change pricing plan
I cannot change my pricing plan.

Billing of unused service
I have never called any APIs, yet the fee has been charged.

View usage
I called APIs, but the usage is displayed as 0 on My page.

Troubleshoot error messages

The following are examples of error messages you might encounter:

"API are limited to 1 API calls per domain at the same time." error message
"Calls to this api have exceeded the rate limit: API are limited to 1 API calls per domain at the same time." error message is displayed.

"NOT_FOUND: not found matched template" error message
When calling APIs with multiform data, the "NOT_FOUND: not found matched template" error message is displayed.

"Not Found Deploy Info: Please confirm the template is released" error message
"Not Found Deploy Info: Please confirm the template is released." error message is displayed.

"Recognition failure" error message
"Recognition failure" error message is displayed.

"Request invalid: Request data is invalid" error message
"Request invalid: Request data is invalid." error message is displayed.

"Request invalid: PKIX path building failed" error message
"Request invalid: PKIX path building failed" error message is displayed.

"Request invalid. unsupported file format" error message
"code": "0011" error message is displayed.
"message": "Request invalid. unsupported file format." error message is displayed.

"Please confirm the template is released" error message
"Not Found Deploy Info: Please confirm the template is released" error message is displayed.

"Secret validate failed" error message
"Secret validate failed" error message is displayed.
