The Export Approval menu can be viewed only by the main account, serving as the administrator, or Datafence's sub account.
This section describes how to view the submitted requests for exporting analysis results, review the adequacy of export, and approve or reject the request.

Export Approval interface

The Export Approval interface includes the following components:

Component Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features Export Approval features.
  • [Learn more]: Go to the Datafence overview page.
  • [Refresh]: Reload the current page.
③ Datafence tab Displays Datafence created. Click to select the corresponding Datafence.
④ Search filter Filter the displayed list in accordance with the review status, box name and the export request date and time.
Go to the storage of files for export review Go to the Object Storage bucket for the analysis results export reviews.
⑥ Export review list List of export requests for review
  • No.: Unique number automatically assigned when an export request is submitted.
  • Applicant: ID of the user who requested the export of analysis results.
  • Box name: Name of the box that generated the analysis results.
  • File name: name of the analysis result file requested for export.
  • Request date and time: date and time when the file export is requested.
  • Review date and time: Date and time when the export review is completed.
  • Review status: Review status of the analysis result export.
    • Review requested (file transfer not yet started): The export request is submitted.
    • Review requested (file transfer in progress): The file is being copied to the bucket for export review.
    • Review requested (file transfer completed): The file has been copied to the bucket for export review.
    • Approved (bucket saving not yet started): The export review is completed and approved.
    • Approved (bucket saving in progress): The approved file is being copied to the target bucket.
    • Approved (bucket saving completed): The approved file has been copied to the target bucket.
    • Rejected: The export request is rejected during the review process. Click [Reason] to view reasons for rejection.
    • Error (file): Export failed due to a file error.
    • Error (system error): Export failed due to an internal system error.
  • Review approval: After reviewing the export request, approve or reject.
  • Select an item to view export request details.

View export review list

To view the details of export requests under review:

  1. In the VPC environment on the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Big Data & Analytics > Datafence.
  2. Click the Export Approval menu.
  3. Click an item in the export review list to view its details.
    • Request number: Unique number automatically assigned when an export request is submitted.
    • Export purpose: Purpose of file export entered by the export applicant.
    • Applicant: ID of the user who requested the export of analysis results.
    • File size: File size of the analysis results to be exported.
    • Fence name: Name of the Datafence used for analysis.
    • Request date and time: Date and time when the file export is requested.
    • Box name: Name of the box that generated the analysis results.
    • Review date and time: Date and time when the export review is completed.
    • File name: Name of the analysis result file requested for export.
    • Review status: Review status of the analysis result export.
      • Review requested (file transfer not yet started): The export request is submitted.
      • Review requested (file transfer in progress): The file is being copied to the bucket for export review.
      • Review requested (file transfer completed): The file has been copied to the bucket for export review.
      • Approved (bucket saving not yet started): The export review is completed and approved.
      • Approved (bucket saving in progress): The approved file is being copied to the target bucket.
      • Approved (bucket saving completed): The approved file has been copied to the target bucket.
      • Rejected: The export request is rejected during the review process.

    • File description: Description of the analysis result file

Execute examination

To review export requests for analysis results:

  1. In the VPC environment on the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Big Data & Analytics > Datafence.
  2. Click the Export Approval menu.
  3. In the export review list, click the request you want to review to view its details.
  4. Click [Go to the storage of files for export review] to go to the Object Storage bucket for export reviews, view the actual results, and then review them according to internal regulations.
  5. After completing the review, return to the Export Approval interface and click [Approve] or [Reject] in the export review list.
    • If you reject the request, enter the reason for rejection in the popup and click [OK].
    • The completed review result is notified to the applicant by email.
