  • Restricted point-in-time recovery for Cloud DB for MySQL to times prior to completion or abnormal termination when deleting Database Migration Service tasks.
  • When a migration is abnormally terminated and then deleted, the Target DB Standby Master is always reinstalled.
  • Improved migration compatibility when the Target DB is Cloud DB for MySQL 8.4.
Update - added When AWS RDS/Aurora is specified as the source, a mysqldump client that accounts for permission restrictions is applied automatically.
