In the dashboard's Statistics menu, you can check various indicators related to game users (players) and the game's sales. The RAW data of the indicator can be downloaded as a .csv file.
The game statistics feature is only available for Pro products.
User indicators
You can check various indicators related to game users (players).
The following describes how to view the user indicators.
- Log in to the dashboard with the admin account.
- Click the User indicators menu.
- The indicators for the last 30 days are displayed by default. Click the last 30 days to change the display period in the last 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 60 days.
- Click the displayed in the upper right of each graph to zoom in the graph and view details.
- Click the [Export] button on the graph details page to download RAW data of the graph as a .csv file.
- Retention D+0 tab shows the number of people who signed up and accessed the game on the date marked on days, and Retention D+1 shows the number of people who signed up on the date marked on days and access the game on the next day.

Sales indicators
You can check various indicators related to game's sales.
The following describes how to view the sales indicators.
- Log in to the dashboard with the admin account.
- Click the Sales indicators menu.
- The indicators for the last 30 days are displayed by default. Click the last 30 days to change the display period in the last 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 60 days.
- Click the displayed in the upper right of each graph to zoom in the graph and view details.
- Click the [Export] button on the graph details page to download RAW data of the graph as a .csv file.

Indicator terms and definitions
The meanings of various terms used in the indicator are as follows.
User indicator terms
Terms | Description |
---|---|
DAU | This is the abbreviation for Daily Active Users. It refers to the number of unique users who accessed the game in one day. |
DAU by store | It refers to DAU based on the store where the game is registered. |
DAU by Country | It refers to DAU for each country in which the game is serviced. |
MAU | This is the abbreviation for Monthly Active Users. It refers to the number of unique users who accessed the game in one month. |
Session | Number of successful GamePod SDK initialization. (Depends on the number of app executions.) |
New User | It refers to the number of new users who accessed the game for the first time in one day. |
Return User | It refers to the number calculated by subtracting New User from DAU. |
Sales indicator terms
Terms | Description |
---|---|
Revenue | It refers to the revenue generated through payments in one day. |
Paying Users | It refers to the number of users who made in-game payments in one day. |
ARPU | This is the abbreviation for Average Revenue Per User. It refers to the average payment amount of each user based on the total number of users. |
ARPPU | This is the abbreviation for Average Revenue Per Paying User. It refers to the average payment amount of each user based on the number of users who made payments. |
Revenue by item | It refers to the payment revenue generated by each item. |
Revenue by store | It refers to the payment revenue based on the store where the game is registered. |
Revenue by country | It refers to the payment revenue for each country in which the game is serviced. |
