Troubleshooting common issues

The following are examples of common errors you might encounter:

Unable to Delete Edge
I’d like to delete the Global Edge created through the Image Optimizer service, but I cannot find the delete button.

Certificate Renewal Error
The certificate is not being renewed.

Different Images Displayed Based on Image Size
Different images are displayed depending on the image size.

Unable to Set CDN URL Created in HTTP Mode as Source Image
The CDN URL created in HTTP mode cannot be set as the source image.

Troubleshooting CDN issues

The following are examples of CDN related errors you might encounter:

Global Edge CDN Not Displayed in Available CDN List
The CDN created through the Global Edge service does not appear in the list of available CDNs under the Image Optimizer service.
When creating a project, the CDN generated in Global Edge is not visible in the list of available CDNs.

Global Edge CDN created through the Image Optimizer service is not in the available CDN list
A Global Edge CDN created through the Image Optimizer service does not appear in the available CDN list.
