You can troubleshoot issues related to the player or the video playback after viewing the error code.
To view the error codes:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement. - Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] at the top of the interface.
- Log in with the admin account ID and password.
- View the error code list after clicking the Error code menu.
- You can selectively view desired data using the filters at the top of the interface.
- You can save the configured filter values as a custom filter. With the filter set as you desire, click Filter > [Save current filter selection value], enter a name, and save it.
- To clear all filters, click Initialize filters.
- To save the collected data locally, click
