You can solve the problems related to the player or the video playback after viewing the error code.
The following shows how to view the error codes:
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
- Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click the [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] button at the top of the screen.
- Log in with Admin account ID and password.
- View the error code list after clicking the Error Code menu.
- You can selectively view desired data using the filters at the top of the screen.
- You can save the configured filter values as a custom filter. With the filter set as you desire, click Filter > [Save current filter selection value], enter a name, and save it.
- To clear all filters, click Reset Filters.
- To save the collected data locally, click .
- You can selectively view desired data using the filters at the top of the screen.
