You can troubleshoot issues related to the player or the video playback after viewing the error code.
To view the error codes:

  1. From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
  2. Click the Media Analytics menu.
  3. Click [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] at the top of the interface.
  4. Log in with the admin account ID and password.
  5. View the error code list after clicking the Error code menu.
    • You can selectively view desired data using the filters at the top of the interface.
      • You can save the configured filter values as a custom filter. With the filter set as you desire, click Filter > [Save current filter selection value], enter a name, and save it.
      • To clear all filters, click Initialize filters.
    • To save the collected data locally, click i-vpe_download.
