    In notification, you can set to send notifications to the administrator when risk is detected in viewing quality or debugging and view notification delivery history.

    Notification Settings

    You can set to send notifications when risk is detected about viewing quality or debugging. When connecting a channel to send notifications and designate risk intervals, the settings are completed.
    The following describes how to set up a notification:

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
    3. Click the Media Analytics menu.
    4. Click the [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] button at the top of the screen.
    5. Log in with Admin account ID and password.
    6. Click Notification > Notification settings.
    7. Connect a channel to receive notifications.
      • You can choose a channel from NAVER WORKS, SLACK, TELEGRAM, and WEB HOOK. Enter the information to connect the channel after clicking the [Connect] button for the desired channel.
      • Click Send Test to send a test notification after connecting the channel.
    8. Set the risk intervals.
      • You can set the risk intervals in the Viewing Quality and Debug sections. For more information about each item, see Viewing Quality or Debug.
      • Set three stages of intervals for each item, NORMAL, WARNING, CRITICAL. Edit and enter the interval thresholds.
      • Change all thresholds to their default values when clicking Refresh.
    9. Enable the desired channel’s notifications by clicking the toggle button.
    10. Click the [Save] button.
      • Set the notification based on the input information.
      • If you view the data for the most recent 10 minutes in every minute and exceed the interval threshold, it sends the notification.

    Delivery history

    You can view the history of notifications sent to the channel that enables notification.
    The following describes how to view delivery.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
    3. Click the Media Analytics menu.
    4. Click the [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] button at the top of the screen.
    5. Log in with Admin account ID and password.
    6. Click Notification > Delivery history.
    7. View the notification delivery history.
      • To include or exclude delivery failure details in the list, click the [Delivery Failure] button at the top left of the list.
      • Click i-vpe_download to save the displayed list locally.
