In Viewing quality, you can view time indicators for video playback to be prepared on the player and monitor the viewing quality on the player.
To view the indicators related to viewing quality:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement. - Click the Media Analytics menu.
- Click [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] at the top of the interface.
- Log in with the admin account ID and password.
- Click the Viewing quality menu, then select and click the submenu to check.
- Total start time: The average run time from when a player is ready to when a video starts to play
- Player start time: The average run time from when a player loads to when a video is ready for playback
- Video start time: The average run time from when a viewer clicks the playback button to when a video frame appears on interface
- Playback seeking time: The average run time from when a viewer inputs a certain playback position during video playback to when the video actually starts to play
Total start time
You can view the average run time from when a player loads to when a video starts to play.
The following are detailed collection criteria for indicators:

The following are the features available for viewing indicators:
- Filter: You can selectively view desired data using the filters at the top of the interface.
- Custom: You can save the configured filter values as a custom filter. With the filter set as you desire, click Filter > [Save current filter selection value], enter a name, and save it.
- Initialize: To clear all filters, click Initialize filters.
- Graph
- Expansion: Drag over a certain component of the graph to zoom in. To return the graph to its initial state, click [Initialize].
- Category adjustment: Click the category in the top left corner of the graph to include or exclude it from the graph.
- Save collected data: You can view individually collected data based on the criteria in the list at the bottom of the interface. To save the data locally, click
.
Player start time
You can view the average run time from when a player loads to when it is ready for playback.

Video start time

A manifest is the file containing the video file and streaming setting information and the data needed to play a video.

Playback seeking time
You can view the average run time from when a viewer attempts and enters a certain playback position during video playback to when the playback starts.
The following are detailed collection criteria for indicators:
