    In viewing quality, you can view time indicators for video playback to be prepared on the player and monitor the viewing quality on the player.

    The following shows how to view the indicators related to viewing quality:

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and the Platform menu on the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
    3. Click the Media Analytics menu.
    4. Click the [Go to MEDIA ANALYTICS] button at the top of the screen.
    5. Log in with Admin account ID and password.
    6. Click the Viewing Quality menu, then select and click the submenu to check.
      • Total start time: the average time from when a player is ready to when a video starts to play
      • Player start time: the average time from when a player loads to when a video is ready to play
      • Video start time: the average time from when a viewer clicks the play button to when a video frame appears on screen
      • Playback seeking time: the average time from when a viewer inputs the certain play position during video playback to when the video actually starts to play

    Total start time

    You can view the average time from when a player loads to when a video starts to play.

    The following are detailed collection criteria on indicators:

    The following are the features available for viewing indicators:

    • Filter: you can selectively view desired data using the filters at the top of the screen.
      • User customization: you can save the configured filter values as a custom filter. With the filter set as you desire, click Filter > [Save current filter selection value], enter a name, and save it.
      • Reset: click Reset Filters to remove all applied filters.
    • Graph
      • Expansion: a certain area to drag within the graph becomes enlarged. To return the graph to its initial state, click the [Reset] button.
      • Category Adjustment: click the category in the top-left corner of the graph to include or exclude it from the graph.
    • Save collected data: you can review individually collected data based on criteria in the list at the bottom of the screen. To save the data locally, click i-vpe_download.

    Player start time

    You can view the average time from when a player loads to when it is ready to play.

    A manifest is the file containing the video file and streaming setting information and the data needed to play a video.

    Playback seeking time

    You can view the average time from when a viewer attempts and inputs a certain play position during video playback to when the playback starts.
