In viewing behavior, you can check and analyze various metrics that occur during the player viewing process, such as the number of pauses, the number of seeks, the playback speed change rate, and the Full screen usage rate.
Check viewing behavior metrics
To view the indicators related to viewing behavior:
- From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to Menu > All Services > Media > Video Player Enhancement.
- Click Media Analytics.
- Click [Go to Media Analytics] at the top of the interface.
- Log in with the admin account ID and password.
- Click the Viewing behavior menu, then select and click the submenu to check.
On each metric interface, you can commonly use the following functions.
- Filter: You can selectively view desired data using the filters at the top of the interface.
- Custom: You can save the configured filter values as a custom filter. With the filter set as you desire, click Filter > [Save current filter selection value], enter a name, and save.
- Initialize: To clear all filters, click [Initialize filters].
- Save collected data: You can view individually collected data based on the criteria in the list at the bottom of the interface. To save the data locally, click

Number of pauses
It measures the total number of times pause is clicked during viewing.

Number of seeks
It measures the total number of times the playback position is sought (seek) during viewing.

Playback speed change rate
It measures the ratio of sessions in which the playback speed was changed out of all playback sessions.

It measures the ratio of sessions in which Full screen mode was used out of all playback sessions.
