Available in VPC

In Workspaces, you can add or delete a workspace, view details of created workspaces, and manage the analysis status and bucket settings required to use the service.

Workspaces interface

The basic description of the Workspaces menu is as follows:

Item Description
① Menu name Current menu name.
② Basic features Media Intelligence workspace features.
  • [Add workspace]: Go to the Add workspace page.
  • [Learn more]: Go to the Media Intelligence overview page.
  • [Refresh]: Reload the current page.
③ Search component
  • Search conditions
    • Name of the workspace (default).
    • Name of the integrated bucket.
  • Initialize: Convert to the default list.
④ Workspace list
  • Workspace name: The name of the workspace.
  • Workspace URL: The workspace access address.
  • Creation date and time: The date and time of creating a workspace.
  • Bucket in use: The integrated Obejct Storage bucket.
    • Click [Bucket settings] to change the bucket to be integrated.
    • If an integrated bucket is deleted or locked in Object Storage, this section is displayed as blank.
  • Monthly analysis success count: The number of successful video analyses during the current month.

View workspace list

You can view workspace information in the workspace list. To check the workspace list:

  1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Media > Media Intelligence.
  2. Click the Workspaces menu.
  3. When the workspace list appears, check the basic information.
    • Workspace name
    • Workspace URL
    • Creation date and time
    • Bucket in use
    • Monthly analysis success count

Add workspace

To add a workspace:

  1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Media > Media Intelligence.
  2. Click the Workspaces menu.
  3. Click [Add workspace].
  4. When the Add workspace popup appears, enter the required information.
    • Workspace name: Set the name of the workspace.
    • Add bucket: Set the storage to integrate with Media Intelligence.
Note

You can create up to 30 workspaces.

Delete a workspace

To delete a workspace:

Caution
  • Deleting a workspace permanently deletes all your service data. This action cannot be undone. Consider carefully before deleting a workspace.
  • Even if you delete a workspace, data stored in Object Storage will remain as is, and Object Storage pricing information will be incurred. To delete the data stored in Object Storage, see Manage file/folder.
  • When there is any index being analyzed, you cannot delete a workspace.
  1. In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Media > Media Intelligence.
  2. Click the Workspaces menu.
  3. Click [Delete] on the right side of the workspace you want to delete.
  4. In the Delete workspace popup, review the details and enter the name of the workspace you want to delete.
  5. Click [OK].
