Available in VPC
In Workspaces, you can add or delete a workspace, view details of created workspaces, and manage the analysis status and bucket settings required to use the service.
Workspaces interface
The basic description of the Workspaces menu is as follows:

View workspace list
You can view workspace information in the workspace list. To check the workspace list:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Media Intelligence. - Click the Workspaces menu.
- When the workspace list appears, check the basic information.
- Workspace name
- Workspace URL
- Creation date and time
- Bucket in use
- Monthly analysis success count
Add workspace
To add a workspace:
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Media Intelligence. - Click the Workspaces menu.
- Click [Add workspace].
- When the Add workspace popup appears, enter the required information.
- Workspace name: Set the name of the workspace.
- Add bucket: Set the storage to integrate with Media Intelligence.
Note
You can create up to 30 workspaces.
Delete a workspace
To delete a workspace:
Caution
- Deleting a workspace permanently deletes all your service data. This action cannot be undone. Consider carefully before deleting a workspace.
- Even if you delete a workspace, data stored in Object Storage will remain as is, and Object Storage pricing information will be incurred. To delete the data stored in Object Storage, see Manage file/folder.
- When there is any index being analyzed, you cannot delete a workspace.
- In the VPC environment of the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to
> Services > Media > Media Intelligence. - Click the Workspaces menu.
- Click [Delete] on the right side of the workspace you want to delete.
- In the Delete workspace popup, review the details and enter the name of the workspace you want to delete.
- Click [OK].
