Once you've reviewed the Media Intelligence specifications, quickstart, and glossary, you're ready to start using the service. Your next step is subscribing to Media Intelligence.

Subscribe to the service

To subscribe to Media Intelligence from the NAVER Cloud Platform console:

  1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. In the top right of the console, click Region and Platform.
  3. Select your region and platform, and then click [Apply].
  4. In the top left of the console, click i_menu.
  5. Navigate to Services > Media > Media Intelligence.
  6. Click [Subscribe].
  7. When the Media Intelligence subscription popup appears, check the terms of service and click the checkbox.
  8. Click [Subscribe].
  9. Once you see the workspace settings, enter the name of the workspace and click [OK].
    • Must be 3-63 characters long and begin with a letter or number. They must contain lowercase letters, numbers, and/or hyphens.
  10. Check the name of an available workspace and click [Next].
  11. Once you see the storage settings, click [Bucket] to select a bucket you want to use.
  12. When you're done, click [Next].
  13. Click [Confirm] in the subscription completion prompt.

Unsubscribe from the service

To cancel your Media Intelligence subscription:

Caution
  • Unsubscribing from Media Intelligence permanently deletes all your service data. This action cannot be undone. Consider carefully before unsubscribing.
  • Even if you unsubscribe from Media Intelligence, data stored in Object Storage will remain as is, and Object Storage pricing information will be incurred. To delete the data stored in Object Storage, see Manage file/folder.
  • You cannot unsubscribe while you have any index being analyzed.
  • You cannot unsubscribe unless all created workspaces are deleted.
  1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. In the top right of the console, click Region and Platform.
  3. Select your region and platform, and then click [Apply].
  4. In the top left of the console, click i_menu.
  5. Navigate to Services > Media > Media Intelligence.
  6. Click the Subscription menu.
  7. Click [Subscribed] and then click Unsubscribe.
  8. In the unsubscription popup, review the details and enter the name of the workspace you want to delete.
  9. Click [OK].
