You can manage deleted folders (files) at Media Connect Center's Recycle bin. Recycle bin plays a role similar to the Recycle Bin in Windows OS. It helps users to manage content more safely since the deleted folders (files) can be checked for information and permanently deleted or restored to their original location if necessary.
Recycle bin screen
The basics of using Recycle bin are as follows.

- From ①, the [Settings] button is a feature displayed only for admins.
- From ③, the [Delete permanently] button is a feature displayed only for the users with the right permissions.
View recycle bin folders (files)
The following describes how to view the list of folders (files) and details of each folder (file) in the recycle bin.
- Click the Manage content > Recycle bin menu at the left side of the screen.
- When the list of folders (files) in the recycle bin appears, check the required information.
- Name: Name of the folder (file)
- Deleted by: Email address of the user who deleted the folder (file)
- Deleted date: Date when the user deleted the folder (file)
- Size: Size of the folder (file)
- Location: Path of the folder (file) before it was deleted
- : Additional features for the folder (file)
- Restore: Restore the folder (folder) to the original location
- Delete permanently: Delete the folder (file) permanently
View and set recycle bin folder (file) details
The following describes how to view details of each folder (file) in the recycle bin.
- Click the Manage content > Recycle bin menu at the left side of the screen.
- When the list of folders (files) in the recycle bin appears, click the folder (file) you want to view the details.
- Check or set the details which appear on the right side of the screen.

Search recycle bin folders (files)
You can search and view the wanted folder (file) among the folders (files) in the recycle bin. Please refer to Content pool for the description of how to use the search feature.
Delete permanently
You can permanently delete the folders (files) in the recycle bin to secure more storage. The following are some things to keep in mind in regard to permanent deletion.
- Depending on the admin's settings, regular users may not be able to delete folders (files) permanently (The feature would not be displayed on screen.)
- Depending on the admin's settings, the content may be automatically deleted permanently after a certain period passes
- You can't permanently delete the folders (files) for which you have only the viewing permission
- The result of permanent deletion of any folder (file) is reflected for all users who have access
The following describes how to permanently delete content.
- Click the Manage content > Recycle bin menu at the left side of the screen.
- Select the folder (file) to delete permanently, and then click the [Delete permanently] button.
- Check the caution message, select OK, and then click the [Delete permanently] button.
Content that is permanently deleted can't be recovered. Please be careful when deleting.
Restore
You can restore the folders (files) in the recycle bin. The following are some things to keep in mind in regard to restoration.
- Bucket folders on the top level path can only be restored by a top level system admin
- You can't restore the folders (files) for which you have only the viewing permission
- The result of restoration of shared folder (file) is reflected for all users who have access
The following describes how to restore them.
- Click the Manage content > Recycle bin menu at the left side of the screen.
- Select the folder (file) to restore, and then click the [Restore] button.
- Click the [Restore] button.
