Describes how to monitor the license issuance history for registered sites.

License statistic page

License statistic page is laid out as follows:

Area Description
① Menu name Name of the menu currently being viewed
② Basic features Features displayed when entering License statistic (Player) for the first time
  • [Learn More about the Product] button: click to go to the One Click Multi DRM introduction page.
  • [Refresh] button: click to refresh the page.
  • [Auto Renewal] button: click the toggle button to automatically refresh the page
③ Search filter Specify the range to search based on site ID, period, status, device information, DRM type, and user/content/device ID
④ Download Download the searched license issuance history
⑤ License issuance history list History of successful or failed DRM license issuances

View license issuance history

If you encounter issues during service use, you can check the device-specific history of license issuance attempts and view detailed information. How to check the history is as follows:

  1. In the NAVER Cloud Platform console, navigate to i_menu > Services > Media > One Click Multi DRM.
  2. Click License statistic (Player).
  3. After specifying the desired search range using the search filters, click [Search].
  4. Check the issuance history displayed in the search results.
    • To download the displayed history to your local system, click [Download].
