    Describes how to register and manage customer service sites for issuing DRM licenses.

    Site management page

    Site management page is laid out as follows:

    • Site Name: the site name entered by the user
    • Default Policy: DRM license policy applied to the site

      • CREATING: the site is being registered with the entered information
      • ON: the site is in normal operation with license key issuance activated
      • OFF: the site is in normal operation with license key issuance activated
    • Create: date and time of site registration
    • Monthly Active User: number of users using DRM-applied content per month
    • Monthly Active Device: number of devices that played DRM-applied content per month
    • Monthly Active License: number of active licenses per month

    Register sites

    You can register a service site as follows:

    Note

    The new site registration feature is processed asynchronously and can take up to 24 hours.
    We plan to enable real-time creation through future improvements.

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > One Click Multi DRM in order.
    3. Click [Site].
    4. After entering the necessary information for site registration, click [Next].
      • Site Name: enter the name of the site to be registered. Enter 3 - 20 characters using letters, numbers, and underscores.
      • Default DRM Policy: select the license policy to be applied to the site
      • Default Token Validity Period: the validity period of the token before it is used for license issuance. Fixed at 600 seconds by default.
      • FairPlay Stream Cert: register the necessary certification data if using FairPlay Streaming
        • FPS Certification file: FPS certificate in der or cer format created from the Apple developer portal
        • Private Key File: private key file in pem format
        • Private Key Password String: password string to open the private key file
        • Application Secret Key (ASK) String: ASK string issued along with the FPS certificate
    5. After reviewing the entered contents, click [Create] > [Complete].
      • The site is registered and added to the list, with the status changing from CREATING to OFF.
      • It can take up to 24 hours for a new site to change from CREATINGto OFFupon creation.

    Activate and deactivate DRM

    You can stop or activate license key issuance for a site. The following describes how to activate or deactivate:

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > One Click Multi DRM in order.
    3. In the site list, after selecting the site you want to activate or deactivate, click [Site ON] or [Site OFF].
    4. When a warning pop-up window appears, click [OK].
      • If the site is activated, license key issuance begins. Charges apply according to the billing criteria.
      • If the site is deactivated, license key issuance is suspended, and billing also stops.

    Change site settings

    The following describes how to change the settings of a registered site:

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > One Click Multi DRM in order.
    3. If the site is active, select the site from the list and click [Site OFF].
      • You can only change settings when the site is in a deactivated state.
    4. After selecting the deactivated site, click [Configure].
    5. In the Site Detail pop-up window, edit the items as needed.
      • You can edit the site name, default license policy, and FairPlay Stream certificate.
    6. Click [Edit].
      • You can save the edited information.

    See event logs

    You can see and download event logs that occurred in the last 30 days for a service site. How to see the logs is as follows:

    1. Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of NAVER Cloud Platform console.
    2. Click Services > Media > One Click Multi DRM in order.
    3. In the site list, after selecting the site where you want to see logs, click [Site Logs].
    4. Check the event logs.
      • To download the logs, click [Download] button at the top right of the pop-up window.
