You might run into the following problems when using One Click Multi DRM. Find out causes and possible solutions.

DRM token error

I received the error message stating that the DRM token is invalid.

Cause

This error may occur if you have incorrectly set the X-DRM-TOKEN information.

Solution

Check the x-drm-token header information in the Licensing Widevine/PlayReady to ensure that the X-DRM-Token is created correctly.

Unsubscription from One Click Multi DRM

I cannot find a way to unsubscribe from One Click Multi DRM.

Cause and solution

Disabling the DRM licensing for all registered sites will complete the unsubscription process. For more details on how to disable licensing, see Enable and disable DRM.

Authentication error

A 401 error occurs when calling the APIs.
Error code 200 is returned.

Cause

This error may occur if you have incorrectly set the authentication information.

Solution

See API call errors to ensure you have entered the correct authentication information.
