Once you've reviewed the NCLUE service specifications, quickstart, and glossary, you're ready to start using the service. TYour first step is subscribing to NCLUE service.

Subscribe to the service

The NCLUE service is only available on NAVER Cloud Platform console to customers whose subscription has been approved through customer service. The overall sequence of subscribing to the NCLUE service and description of each sequence are as follows:

1. Customer inquiries

To contact a NAVER Cloud representative in order to use the NCLUE service at first:

  1. Access NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
  2. Navigate to Customer support > Contact us on the top of the portal.
  3. Click [Service] tab.
  4. Fill out the relevant information for using the NCLUE service, and then click [Contact us] to submit your inquiry.

  5. Once your subscription has been approved following a consultation with a NAVER Cloud representative, access NAVER Cloud Platform console and subscribe to the NCLUE service.

2. Subscribe from the console

Once your subscription to the NCLUE service has been approved through customer service and consultation, you will be able to start using the NCLUE service on NAVER Cloud Platform console. To subscribe to the NCLUE service from NAVER Cloud Platform console:

  1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
  3. Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
  4. Click i_menu in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
  5. Navigate to Services > AI Services > NCLUE.
  6. Click the Subscription menu.
  7. Click [Subscription].** Click the button.
  8. Read and agree to the terms of service and click [Subscribe].

Unsubscribe from the service

To cancel your NCLUE subscription:

  • Unsubscribing from NCLUE permanently deletes all your service data. This action cannot be undone. Consider carefully before unsubscribing.

  • Even if you unsubscribe from the NCLUE service, data stored in the Object Storage service will remain as is, and Object Storage service usage fees will be incurred. To delete the data stored in the Object Storage service, see Manage file/folder.
  1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
  2. Click Region & Platform in the upper-right corner of the console interface.
  3. Select the region and platform you are using, and click [Apply].
  4. Click i_menu in the upper-left corner of the console interface.
  5. Navigate to Services > AI Services > NCLUE.
  6. Click the Subscription menu. Click Unsubscribe**.
  7. Click [Subscribed] and then click Unsubscribe.
  8. Confirm the information in the service unsubscription popup, and then enter "I wish to delete my data and unsubscribe from the service" in the input field.
