Once you've reviewed the NCLUE service specifications, quickstart, and glossary, you're ready to start using the service. Then, subscribe to the NCLUE service.

Subscribe to the service

The NCLUE service is only available on NAVER Cloud Platform console to customers whose subscription has been approved through customer service. The overall sequence of subscribing to the NCLUE service and description of each sequence are as follows:

1. Customer inquiries

To contact a NAVER Cloud representative in order to use the NCLUE service:

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform portal.
2. Navigate to Customer support > Contact support on the top of the portal.
3. Click [Service] tab menu.
4. Fill out the relevant information for using the NCLUE service, and then click [Contact support] to submit your inquiry.
   • Example purpose of use: NCLUE utilization plan including data requirements and preparation for service use.
5. Once your subscription has been approved following a consultation with a NAVER Cloud representative, access the NAVER Cloud Platform console and subscribe to the NCLUE service:

2. Subscribe from the console

Once your subscription to the NCLUE service has been approved through customer service and consultation, you will be able to start using the NCLUE service on the NAVER Cloud Platform console. To subscribe to the NCLUE service from the NAVER Cloud Platform console:

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. In the top-right corner, click Region & Platform.
3. Select your region and platform, then click [Apply].
4. In the top-left corner, click Menu.
5. Navigate to All Services > AI Services > NCLUE.
6. Click the Subscription menu.
7. Click [Subscribe to the service].
8. Read and agree to the terms of service and click [Subscribe].

Unsubscribe from the service

To cancel your NCLUE subscription:

1. Access the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
2. In the top-right corner, click Region & Platform.
3. Select your region and platform, then click [Apply].
4. In the top-left corner, click Menu.
5. Navigate to All Services > AI Services > NCLUE.
6. Click the Subscription menu.
7. Click the [Subscribed] tab menu, and then click the [Unsubscribe] tab menu.
8. Confirm the information in the Unsubscribe popup, and then enter "I wish to delete my data and unsubscribe from the service" in the input field.
9. Click [Unsubscribe].
