This document describes the screen and the features of Neurocloud that are provided in the Regions of Korea and Singapore.
Neurocloud screen
The Neurocloud screen consists of the following elements:

Viewing Neurocloud details
To view the details of a created Neurocloud, do the following:
- Access NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- From the Region menu, click the Region you're using.
- From the Platform menu, click the platform you're using.
- Click Services > Hybrid & Private Cloud > Neurocloud.
- Click Neurocloud.
- When the Neurocloud list appears, view the overview or click a Neurocloud to view its details.
- Name: unique Neurocloud name entered by the user when requesting the Neurocloud.
- Location: address where the Neurocloud is installed as entered by the user when requesting the Neurocloud.
- Status: processing status of the Neurocloud request
- Under review: displayed when the Neurocloud request is made and until the contract is signed.
- Canceled: Neurocloud request has been canceled.
- Preparing: displayed when the contract is signed and until service enters operation.
- Operating: Neurocloud service is available for operation.
- Returned: service has been canceled.
- Neurocloud owner: email address of the Neurocloud requester.
- [Request details] button: click to view the information entered by the user when requesting the Neurocloud.
- This button is enabled only when the processing status is Under review or Preparing.
- Region: Region which the current screen belongs to.
- Request date: date and time of the Neurocloud request.
- Contract period: service period selected by the user when requesting the Neurocloud (3 or 5 years).
- Service start date: date and time when the processing status changed to Operating.
- OS: operating system installed in the Neurocloud computing server.
- Contract expiration date: date and time when the contract expires.
- NAS capacity: NAS capacity entered by the user when requesting the Neurocloud.
- Block storage capacity: block storage capacity entered by the user when requesting the Neurocloud.
- LB: specification (private or public) of the load balancer selected by the user when requesting the Neurocloud.
- Number of nodes: number of nodes per computing server.
- Object storage capacity: object storage capacity entered by the user when requesting the Neurocloud.
Requesting Neurocloud
To request a Neurocloud, do the following:
- Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.
- Click Services > Hybrid & Private Cloud > Neurocloud.
- Click [Request Neurocloud].
- When the Request Neurocloud screen appears, enter the required information and click [Request].
- Neurocloud name: enter a unique name for the Neurocloud.
- Description: enter a brief description of the Neurocloud's purpose.
- Contract period: select a service use period (3 or 5 years).
- Neurocloud location: enter the address at which to install the Neurocloud equipment.
- VM: enter the number of computing servers.
- Block storage: enter the block storage capacity.
- NAS: enter the NAS capacity if necessary.
- Object storage: enter the object storage capacity if necessary.
- LB: enter the load balancer type if necessary (private or public).
- OS: select the operating system to install in the Neurocloud computing server (CentOS, Ubuntu Linux, Red Hat Linux, or Windows).
- When the pop-up window appears listing the installation environment requirements and asking for request confirmation, check the information and click [Confirm].

Neurocloud Region
Once the processing status becomes Operating after you request the Neurocloud, a Neurocloud Region is created.
In Region located on the left of NAVER Cloud Platform's console, select Neurocloud Region to use the Neurocloud console.
The following are the console features available only for Neurocloud Regions:
- Services > Hybrid & Private Cloud > Neurocloud > On Premise Network: Register the client's on-premise network and subnets. (See On-premise network.)
- Services > VPC > On Premise Gateway: Create an on-premise gateway for communication between the on-premise network and the Neurocloud VPC. (See Creating on-premise gateway.)
- Services > VPC > Subnet Management: Change the options for creating subnet.
- You can create private subnets only.
- For subnet purpose, you can either select General or Load balancer.
- Services > VPC > Route Table: If you enable route table, you can select OGW (on-premise gateway) for Target type.
In a Neurocloud Region, the following limitations apply in Services > Compute > Server.
- Hypervisor: supported for XEN only.
- Server image: supported only for OS (not supported for application and DBMS types).
- Server type: GPU is not supported.
- Changing public IP address settings: disabled.
- Storage: only SSD is provided.
Deleting Neurocloud
To delete a Neurocloud, delete all resources created in the Neurocloud Region and contact a NAVER Cloud Platform administrator through Customer Support.
To delete a Neurocloud, first you need to delete all resources (including VPCs, subnets, on-premise gateways, route tables, on-premise networks, on-premise subnets) created in the Neurocloud Region.
